In todays episode Sanela is going to show you guys a super effective routine that requires NO EQUIPMENT, can be done in the comfort of your own home, and will help you get the perfect beach body right in time for swimsuit season. Heres how it works... The routine consists of 3 exercises.... *Frog Jumps - Similar to the jumping squats except you will be exploding forward instead of upwards. Make sure you keep your back straight, knees behind your toes, and bend your knees to help absorb the impact and prevent injury. *Back Lunges -Same idea as regular lunges except step backwards instead of forwards. As silly as this may sounds, these little variations to these exercises really prevents your body from ever hitting a plateau. Sanela shows how to add weight if you want the exercise to be a little bit more challenging, however you can definitely do them unweighted and they are still very effective. *Side Crunches Are a great oblique exercise. Simply lie flat on the ground and twist your lower body to one side. The crunch should be done as normal keep your shoulders flat to the ground at all times. Lean Lower Body Workout


Why long, slow cardio is a waste of time: insanehomefatloss.com?c=3&k=160 In this episode of Insane Home Fat Loss, we're doing a KILLER lower body workout! This workout is great to tone your entire lower body -- glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, everything. It's an awesome workout for your legs, and like all our workouts it doesn't require any equipment. It even works your lower back and core! It also tremendously improves your balance and coordination. Here's how it's done. ONE LEGGED DEADLIFT - 10 REPS EACH LEG Hold a chair for balance, and stand on one leg. Extend your leg that's not on the ground straight behind you, while you extend your arm on the same side straight in front of you. On the 10th rep, hold the position for 10 seconds. ADVANCED NINJA VARIATION: don't use a chair for balance. HOPPING LUNGES - 10 REPS EACH LEG: Get into a lunge position, with one leg far behind you. Engage your calf muscle on your rear leg, and put your weight on the ball of your foot. Quickly hop barely off the ground, and repeat. HOW TO PUT IT ALL TOGETHER: Do four sets **FOR EACH LEG** for each exercise, and alternate between the two exercises.
