I can't tell you how many people requested this, haha...sorry I can't keep track, but thank you to everyone that did! Part of Your World is literally my favorite song of all time, and it was one of the very first songs I ever uploaded to YouTube. Of course that was year ago now, and I wasn't in costume or even really trying to look or sound like Ariel. I was just a girl having fun singing in her bedroom. Not much has changed since then...I'm still just a girl singing for fun making videos at home, but then again, everything has changed. In part because of that video, and definitely because of YouTube, I am now living a dream in a sense, b/c I get to play The Little Mermaid (as well as many of my other favorite fairytale characters) at children's parties and events for my job. I've noticed that I've now kind of become known here on YT for my character videos, and I thought it was high time I made a video as my favorite Princess, singing my favorite song. I really hope you enjoy it! That said, I will also say that I know this isn't my best. My voice was hoarse and I am still unhappy with the quality of my audio for videos....I also wish I had a better background that wasn't so distracting...hello Traci's apartment! Haha. The wonderful folks of Holiday Matsuri flew me out to Orlando this past December (2011) to perform and be a special guest for their Holiday Anime Convention, Holiday Matsuri! This is from my concert, Friday night of the convention. I also performed at their big event, the Toys for Tots Benefit Ball the next night, and acted as a judge for the costume contest. It was fun to be able to perform Christmas music because it was a holiday con! Something new! I had so much fun and hope to see everyone again next year! Thanks so much to everyone that came out to see me-it was amazing meeting so many friends in person that up until now I had only known online!

Me singing Someone to Watch Over Me...I think this is one of the first theater songs I learned to sing, (save the soundtracks to Disney films and The Sound of Music if you want to count those). I was all set to sing some Katy Perry, or maybe Sara Bareilles...something popish and not theater...haha. I've been in the mood to do something different here for a while, and didn't even warm my voice up before singing this (I know...bad Traci!) b/c I was going for a breathier sound, buuuut of course my internet chose to not be kind to me, and I couldn't access any karaoke via youtube or itunes, so it was either sing something I already had a track for or wait....so I thought, what the heck...haven't sung this one in a while! At least I've got something to upload for now, and I really do love this song, it just wasn't what I originally planned to sing, but it's all good! It was fun!
