It's the Dog Pound! pdog.ws Aaron takes a look at the HTC Titan, and as the name sounds, it's the Big Papa of Windows Phones. Specifications include a 1.5 GHz single-core Snapdragon CPU, 4.7-inch Super LCD (huge!), 8-megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording, 1600 mAh battery, and Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango). It's available now at AT&T for $199.99, and supports the carrier's HSPA+ (4G) network up to 14.4 Mbps. It's an awesome phone, but can it - and Windows Phone as a whole - compete with AT&T's Android and iOS offerings? Part 1 of 2. HTC Titan Hardware Review

Full specs: bit.ly Full Titan review is up! bit.ly The HTC Titan is indeed a large device thanks to its 4.7" Super LCD WVGA panel. It's only slightly larger in terms of width and height when compared to a similar 4.3"-screened device. The Titan is made from metal, glass, and plastic, granting it a high-quality feel. Relative to other phones, the Titan has a relatively low pixel density on the screen, at just 198 PPI. You can indeed see pixels, but most people won't notice. HTC Titan Review

The HTC Titan is the largest of the latest generation of Windows Phone 7 devices. The huge 4.7 inch screen simply makes everything bigger, easier to read, and adds to an overall great experience. I have been using the phone as my primary device for over a week now and I'm not so sure I will be switching back to iPhone any time soon. The overall experience is even better with a Zune Pass and I would definitely recommend trying out Windows Phone 7 if you haven't already. Please comment on your thoughts of the Titan below. Should RIM be barred from using "BBX?" pdog.ws Aaron reviews the HTC Titan, the newest Windows Phone. It's a behemoth, but it offers some great specs that should appeal to a lot of people. HTC Titan II Review

HTC Titan II Review I loved using the old Titan. It was big and beautiful, and helped develop my love of massive screens. Best of all, it convinced me that Windows Phone has a chance. There have been a lot of great handsets since the first Titan launched, however — Galaxy Note, HTC One X, Lumia 900 — meaning the Titan II is going up against a lot of big-name competition. Now that I've spent time with the sequel — five months removed from the original, mind you — is it enough to stand out from the crowd? HTC Titan II Review

For more details, check out our web site: www.phonearena.com It was not too long ago that we were introduced to the massive 4.7" display on the HTC Titan and we came away overall impressed, though not blown away by the device. HTC and AT&T obviously read our review and were heartbroken, so they rushed an upgraded product to market in hopes of pleasing us. Just over four months after the release of the Titan, we now have the Titan II. The Titan II should probably be named the Titan 4G, because the only real difference between the two is the inclusion of LTE and the impressive bump from an 8MP camera to 16MP. Are these changes enough to appease us? Read on to find out...

booredatwork.com YouTube- www.youtube.com Twitter- twitter.com Twitter: twitter.com Facebook: www.facebook.com Google+: plus.google.com Empireavenue: www.empireavenue.com Pinterest- pinterest.com The HTC Titian II is the LTE successor to last years popular Titan released on AT&T. The Titan II is a 4G LTE smartphone and the second Windows 4G LTE device on the AT&T network, it sports a massive 4.7 inch Super LCD display, 1.5 GHz single-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera and Windows Phone 7.5 Mango. The other massive distinctive factor is the 16 megapixel camera with dual LED flash that records at 720p. Software-wise the camera has so distinctive additives that can be found on HTC's Android devices. it should be interesting to see how well the camera fares. HTC Titan II will retail for $199 with a 2year contract on the network, which is a bit high consider the Nokia Lumia 900 retails for $99 on the network and is considered a top tier device The hardware feels solid, and its got a nice brushed aluminum finish to it, the button of the device brings back the old curve lip, which is also nice. The battery is not removable but you have got a nice removable cover to add your sim card. It is on the slightly heavier side in terms of weight but it solid in your hands. It a well built piece of hardware Conclusion The HTC Titian Ii has a lot of redeeming quality, its got some very fast 4G LTE speeds, Battery ...

HTC Titan 2 Review - BWOne.com

bwone.com Twitter: twitter.com Pinterest: pinterest.com Google+: plus.google.com RSS Feed: bwone.com Facebook: facebook.com Empire Avenue: empireavenue.com The HTC Titan 2 is a sequel to the very recently release HTC Titan I . The Titan II kept the same concept as the first Titan with its large display and premium design but adds a 16 megapixel camera and 4G LTE. Is this worth upgrade your Titan 1 to? Good Quality Build And Large Display But Low Resolution When you first pick up the Titan 2 you will notice its solid feel and lightness for having such a large screen. The phone has a nice mix of solid plastic and aluminum with soft touch back. The battery is non-removable and the only back plate that comes off is at the bottom where the SIM card slot is location. You want to be careful of removing the plate when the phone is on as it will turn the phone on immediately when it's removed. The Titian 2 comes with a 4.7 inch Super LCD display. While its large size is good for viewing content its held back by the locked resolution of 800 x 480 which is Windows Phone requirement. Now don't get me wrong the screen does look good but you will notice the loss of sharpness and details when watching video or looking at pictures. Apps also have pixilation in them since the can't take advantage of the screen size and also when view web pages you will need to zoom in to read text and zooming in all the way the text is just not as sharp as you would want it to be. HTC Titan II Trident Aegis Case Review @DayDeal_com

The HTC Titan II gets an early brand name release in the Trident Aegis case. This light duty layered accessory consists of a screen protector, thin silicone skin and extremely thin poly-carbonate shell that all work together to provide modest protection for the phone. People unfamiliar with the Aegis case will like the slim overall profile and the asymetric styling. Veterans of other Aegis cases may be turned off by the lack of 4-corner bumper support, solid dust covers with durable hinges, and a slightly thicker profile that adds more protection. A 2nd or 3rd opinion may be in order if you've owned another Aegis.

HTC Titan II (AT&T) Windows Phone smartphone review

MobileBurn.com - The HTC Titan II is the successor to the original Titan released last November. It is largely the same as the older model, save for two key differences: a new 16 megapixel camera and support for AT&T's 4G LTE network. The Titan II's 4.7-inch Super LCD screen is nice, but its WVGA resolution is lacking. The large size of the display does make the phone hard to use with one hard, as well. The Titan II is powered by a single-core, 1.5GHz processor, and it does a good job of moving around the Windows Phone 7.5 Metro interface. Native apps open swiftly, but third-party apps still take too long to open. The new camera is impressive, with good performance in both good and poor lighting, and the 720p video captured is smooth. The Titan II is available now from AT&T for $199.99 with a new two-year contract. More info: www.mobileburn.com

HTC Titan II Ballistic SG Case Review @DayDeal_com

Owners of the HTC Titan II are lucky to have such a large and durable heavy duty case be available to them at launch. The SG is no joke - it's a giant tri-layered case that consists of a dense silicoine skin, thick poly-carbonate shell, and a layer of soft rubber / hardened silicone. We can't see many things breaking through the SG, and that is why we assume Ballistic will not be making a HC case for the Titan II anytime soon. If there's one thing we have to remind folks out there before buying this accessory, it's to really consider the dimensions of the SG and how massive this thing really is.

HTC Titan Hands on Review

HTC was the first to roll out Windows Phone 7 devices when they launched in the UK last year. And, true to form, it's in the lead with Windows Phone 7.5 devices too. The HTC Titan is one of its two first Mango-powered handsets - the other being the Radar. It's not dual-core and feels a lot heaftier than other smartphones on the market such as the Samsung Galaxy S2 and the iPhone 4S, but is it trying to compete with high end devices? HTC Titan II Unboxing & Hands On

HTC Titan II Unboxing & Hands On It's only been about five months since the first HTC Titan, but things have changed greatly for the phone series in that time. Most notably, the rear camera got a big upgrade to a whopping 16 megapixels, and from the images we saw at CES, it does result in some stunning photos. Perhaps the most annoying change, however, is that there is no longer a removable battery.
