The documentary features commentary by all of DONA International's esteemed founders and some of our past presidents speaking on the origin and rationale of doula support. McRib Nasty Ingredients
The McRib ingredients have hit the net and it's not pretty. At all. How many ingredients are there? At face value, the sandwich contains just pork, onions, and pickle slices slathered in barbecue sauce and laid out on a bun. But the truth is, there are roughly 70 ingredients. The bun alone contains 34, says TIME's Melnick. In addition to chemicals like ammonium sulfate and polysorbate 80, the most egregious may be azodicarbonamide — "a flour-bleaching agent most commonly used in the manufactur[ing] of foamed plastics like gym mats the and soles of shoes." According to McDonald's own ingredient list, the bun also includes calcium sulfate and ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, among other chemicals. Bleaching agents and the stuff that makes the soles of shoes? Where your feet go? Really? Ooof. What's the meat made of? Pig innards and plenty of salt. Typically, "restructured meat product" includes pig bits like tripe, heart, and scalded stomach, says Whet Moser at Chicago Magazine, citing a 1995 article by Robert Mandigo, a professor at the University of Nebraska. These parts are cooked and blended with salt and water to extract salt-soluble proteins, which act as a "glue" that helps bind the reshaped meat together. Pig innards?! So, there's no actual discernable rib in the actual Mc"Rib"? Side-eye! That's nasty as hayell! If you guys want to eat that mess then go ahead. We'll take a pass.

Everybody Plays The Fool - The Main Ingredient (1972)
"Everybody Plays The Fool" was the title of a popular song written by JR Bailey, Rudy Clark and Ken Williams. The first recording of the song to reach the Top 40 was by the R&B/soul group The Main Ingredient, a trio consisting at the time of Cuba Gooding, Sr., Tony Silvester and Luther Simmons, Jr. Their version of "Everybody Plays The Fool" rose to #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the fall of 1972 and was certified gold by the RIAA. This version also peaked at #2 on the Billboard R&B chart and at #25 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart. It was the group's highest charting hit single. Silvester left the group in 1975 and was replaced by Carl Tompkins, and Gooding departed for a solo career on Motown Records in 1977, which produced two albums. Simmons, meanwhile, left the music industry to work as a stockbroker. Gooding, Silvester and Simmons reunited as The Main Ingredient in 1979, and recorded two more albums, 1980's "Ready For Love" and 1981's "I Only Have Eyes For You". The trio reunited for a second time in 1986, but their Zakia single "Do Me Right" flopped, and Simmons returned to his day job. He was replaced by Jerome Jackson on the 1989 Polydor album "I Just Wanna Love You". In the wake of Aaron Neville's Top Ten revival of "Everybody Plays The Fool", Gooding resumed his solo career and issued his third album in 1993. Silvester and Simmons re-formed the Main Ingredient in 1999 with new lead singer Carlton Blount, and this line-up recorded "Pure Magic" in <b>...</b>

However the 4th ingredient is alcohol - which isn't good for any skin type, plus fragrance which is irritating in general. If they had left out the alcohol then this would have been a better product. Will it permanently effect your winkles in a positive way? No. It will smooth the skin, but then all moisturiser do that, but with the inclusion of alcohol it will also irritate some skin types and that isn't a good thing. What i want are skin care ingredients in quantaties that can actually benefit the skin. I want minus fragrance (unless really necessary) i want peptides, antioxidants, skin identical ingredients <b>...</b>
