Stage 2 of Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius ~ Forever with me (PS1), played by me. This stage is the home parody of the famous Dating Sim Tokimeki Memorial, and one of the main reasons why I searched so hard for such a rare game as Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius and bought it when I finally found it. :p It's been more than one year since I last played a shooter (Thunder Force 4, on Megadrive), so I played this stage on the lowest level. Sue me. T_T I'm also using Twinbee as a player character. This stage has an interesting particularity : via a code, the BGM, an instrumental piece of work, named "The Tokimeki People's Dance" (ときめき人の踊り Tokimeki Jin no Odori), is replaced by a vocal version of it. This song is named "Days Of The Dream's Colors" (夢色の毎日, Yumeiro no Mainichi), and is sung by Mami Kingetsu, who's, for the reference, Tokimeki Memorial 1's main heroine Shiori Fujisaki 's voice actor. For this vid, I used said code, which is, for the Playstation version, the following. When the stage starts, push the Start button, then, during the pause : L1, L1, R2, R2, R1, L2, R1, L2, Left, Down, Right. If you inputted the code right, you'll hear a chime, like you'll see in the vid. This stage has a TON of Tokimemo references. I would have loved to make a special compilation video to show them better to everyone (especially by putting in the vid the Tokimemo chars portraits corresponding to the Moais when said Moais appear, and a BGM comparison between Yumeiro no Mainichi, and <b>...</b>

Stage 3 of Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius ~ Forever with me (PS1), played by me. It's the following of the Tokimeki Memorial stage vid, as I played those two stages in the same run. Although the Parodius series already give a fair share of Twinbee references in its game system and its characters (the Bell power-up and Twinbee and Winbee as playable characters), this game went even further and gave the Twinbee series a stage. I'm not as much versed in the Twinbee franchise as in the Tokimeki Memorial one, but even then I could spot some nice references in this run, making the stage really enjoyable (plus the music is absolutely AWESOME ~o~). Notable ones are the shooting star shower at 0:38, the Madoka and Dr. Mardock cloud in the background at 1:15, the Warumon ship (you can even spot Warumon himself in one of the windows of the ship) and Evilbee (Zakobee) sub-bosses at 3:10, and, well, the Stage's boss himself is an over-the-top twinbee ship XD.

Stage 4 of Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius ~ Forever with me (PS1), played by me. I took a look at my video archive on my computer, and remembered that my former Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius Run didn't stop at the Twinbee stage, but went until just before Stage 6, aka the Lethal Enforcer stage (where I unfortunately had to stop due to lack of time). And since the stage just after the Twinbee one, is the Ganbare Goemon one, I thought I could upload this one as well. (I'm not planning to upload Stage 5 though, it's really unimpressive and lack Konami games references. But if you really want to see it, don't hesitate thorwing a comment and asking it.) So, this stage is the home parody of the Ganbare Goemon series. Unfortunately I'm not versed in this series at all so I can't comment this stage like I did with the Tokimeki Memorial and Twinbee ones. That said, the stage design is very GG-like, and the second figure of the boss you fight at the end of the stage is an Ebisumaru one. :p (And if you wanna ask me, the music in this stage is *awesome*. :p) Since it's the following of my Tokimemo and Twinbee stage vids as I played all three stages in the same run, I'm playing as Twinbee.
