Sheikh Ahmed Madobe who now leads the Ras Kamboni movement, say Al-Shabaab has distorted the Islamic faith and must be kicked out of Somalia. www.ntv.co.ke Kenya will have to spend a lot more on the mission in Somalia as it awaits the United Nations decision on whether or not operation Linda Nchi merges with the AMISOM forces. Although parliament has voted for the change, the country's forces can't join the AU troops just yet. At the same time, the KDF says it has the Al Shabaab on the run to the point that the terrorist group is now changing its name to avoid detection.

Foreign Affairs Assistant Minister, Richard Onyonka, who made the offer, was sharply criticised by a section of his fellow mps over the remark.
