Women's KICKBOXING Muay Thai MMA**FROM TRAINING 2 FIGHTING!


Here are clips of my many, many hours of training before my fight on 12/8/07. Videoed within 2 weeks of the fight so the sparring and training was lighter than normal, as not to get an injury before the fight. I had a brief sparring session w/ Katie Meehan from the WCL (world combat league), she's pro with 30+ fights under her belt...she gave me a good beating :) In the end of the video I include the fight...do I win? ;) Fight was 3, 2 min. rounds, freestyle rules (means everything goes but knees and elbows). We both weighed in at approx. 115lbs. My record as of this date is 2-0. I won by way of knockout in the 2nd round, the referee finally called it when I landed a high kick to her jaw...it broke her jaw in 2 places. I gotta say, I didn't know I could do that with my high kick...and she is such a nice girl with a lot of heart, I would have rather not "broken" anything but I suppose it's part of the game! She had such a great attitude about it all, I wish her the best! ***NOTE***The music on my video was tagged for "copyright infringement", so youtube would only put it back if I changed the audio with a selection of the music they offer, and only 1 song, so it goes mute after a few minutes.
