I recently bought this game again. It's been years since I've played it last when I rented it, and I liked it. It's the best Spryo game out of them all. Then again, only this and the 3rd game are good. The others are pretty bad. Either way, this video shows the final boss of the first one. And even though it looks really easy it can be a tad tricky. Oh, and yes, I already beat him before I recorded it, hence the 14000 gem count + 80 dragons. You start by chasing down two of those thiefs with the keys. I'm not entirely sure if you need to actually chase both of them, but I was too lazy to check while recording so I just went for both. They're not too hard to catch. Once you go after Gnasty, he runs away (coward). You now have to chase him over a pretty narrow path. If you're fast enough, you can get it on the first try by flaming him as soon as he stops. If you're too slow, he'll run away before you get to him and you'll end up going in a circle again. The final part is the trickest. It's the only actual challenging part. You must once again chase after him, by jumping from platform to platform over lava. The thing that may catch you off guard is that all the platforms slowly go inside the walls. You must make it up to Gnasty fast enough or else you die, and must start from the beginning. The best method, in my opinion, is to Glide and drop down with Triangle as soon as its safe to. If you can drop down with the dash button, do that instead. Either way, once you make it up ...
