Just ordered some shirts either monday or tuesday and they are already here! Really quick great job. Lovin the shirts a lot. Probably will wear them for a week straight. Anyway great product, great quality, great everything. I like wearing the clothes cuz it stands for something and only people that are into the scene really understand what 7th Letter/MSK/AWR stands for and represents. It stands out incomparison to some other brands. Not to bash Shepard but Obey has gone mainstream, great for him, but i liked the days when people only bought it because they knew about Obey Giant and its orgins. Really diggin US vs Them right now. Great name and can see that going really far. Love the store in Temecula. Im originally from that area but moved out here to San Luis Obispo where graffiti and the street scene is kind of non-existent except for a select few. Born, 1979 in Brooklyn, New York. Raised in Staten Island. Moved to New Jersey in 1996. Relocated to Los Angeles in 2005. Known for versatile, adventurous letter-style, Rime (Jersey Joe) combines vivid colors, precise lines, and bold concepts to produce work that stands in a class of its own. Simply put, Rimes work has character. A natural artist, Joe began painting graffiti during 1991 in Staten Island, and spent the next years developing his talent in different areas of New York City and New Jersey. By 2003, Joe traveled to Europe and earned international recognition under the handles Rime and Jersey Joe. Returning to the United States, Joe began to produce work for gallery shows, simultaneously pursuing graffiti and fine art. Among his recognitions, Joe initiated a pivotal project for the graffiti movement: The Exchange, an interchange of work among top-notch graffiti artists, presented progressive ways of understanding individual lettering styles. The Exchange later developed into a four-city tour, and is followed by a second project called Revamp the 90s. Joe relocated to Los Angeles in late 2005, and found work teaching graffiti art to inner-city kids at Los Angeles public schools. Within the next year, Joe joined MSK (a Los Angeles based graffiti crew) and a collective of artists known as The Seventh Letter. Joe also received a spray paint sponsorship from MTN Colors. In a career spanning twenty-six years, graffiti artist RISK has impacted the evolution of street writing as an artform here in Los Angeles and worldwide. His signature tag ran on the subway cars of New York, becoming the first writer outside of New York to be recognized by the same legendary graffiti artists who inspired him early on. In LA RISK continued to push the limits further than they had ever gone before by bombing what would later be referred to in the graffiti world as a heaven on freeway overpasses and other highly visible spots throughout the city gaining much notoriety for his unique style. At the peak of his career he took graffiti from the streets and into the gallery with the launch of the Third Rail series of art shows; he later parlayed the Third Rail brand into the first authentic line of graffiti-inspired clothing. Before hed ever heard of graffiti, RISK was unconsciously writing it. As a child, he filled sketchbook after sketchbook with images, not just of people and things but also letters. He even had spray paint in his hand before ever applying it to a wall, using it to paint BMX bikes. Even back then I think I was addicted to spray paint, he recalls. I just loved painting with it. In describing this exhibition, he states: "Twenty-Six is a collection letters that I painted as if I were painting on the streets, using what paint and materials I had in my studio. I sat and pumped them out, making sure they all had movement and the energy of good old <b>...</b>
