How to Do a Kick Cross Step

While you're doing the kick, lean to your left. Your kick will go left, crossing in front of your left leg, and you'll naturally catch yourself with that right foot. This should be a natural movement, not a forced one, so you shouldn't find yourself forcing anything. Now, step to the left and forward with your left leg, uncrossing your legs. Incorporating Arms and Body Movement The kick cross step is primarily a footwork move, so you can also incorporate your arms and body into it. There are two parts to the arm movement. First, cross your right wrist over your left wrist, in front of your stomach. After this, open your arms up and to both sides of you and snap your fingers on both hands. During this, rock back and forward repeatedly. When you cross your wrists or snap your fingers, you should be rocking back, and between these, you should be rocking forward. To incorporate these into the original move, cross your arms as you do the kick with the right foot. Keep your wrists crossed during the leg cross. Lean And Ripped Leg Workout


Click here to get abs: sixpackshortcuts.com Here's a great home leg workout/ home lower body workout that you can do to get lean and ripped for summer. It's also a great way to start strengthening your legs if you're a beginner. You don't need any weights or equipment for this workout -- you can do it at home with only your body weight. Here's the workout breakdown: BODY WEIGHT SQUATS (10 REPS) -- Hold your arms in front of you, and squat until your legs are bent at a 90 degree angle. Keep good posture (look at the ceiling if you need to) and put your weight on your heels. You can also put your hands behind your head (a variation called the "prisoner squat") to make this more challenging. SKI HOPS (10 REPS PER LEG) -- Start with one leg behind your body. Bring your knee upwards and towards your body as you do a small hop with your other leg. Notice how I use my arms to counter-balance the weight of my legs...be sure you are involving your arms like this as well. ONE LEGGED TOE TOUCH (10 REPS PER LEG) -- Balance on one leg, and touch your toe. Thrust your leg that is not on the ground and your other arm behind you as you go down to balance. 3 POSITION CALF RAISE (90 REPS, 30 PER POSITION) -- This is a great exercise which hits your calves in three different ways. Hold a wall or counter for balance, but don't use it to assist you with the exercise. Start with 30 reps with your feet parallel. Then do 30 reps with your heels touching, and toes pointed outward at a 45 degree <b>...</b>

Squat until your legs are bent at a 90 degree angle, then jump into the air as you come up. Repeat for 10 reps. ONE LEGGED HIP THRUST (10 REPS PER LEG) -- Plant your left foot on the ground, bent at a 90 degree angle. Put your hands at your sides for balance. Keeping your right leg straight, thrust your right leg in the air by elevating your hips off the ground. Repeat for 10 reps, then switch legs and repeat for 10 reps on the other leg. BURPEES (10 REPS) -- Bend down, and touch your hands to the ground. Thrust your feet out behind you, so that you are in a pushup position. Thrust them back to the starting position, and jump into the air. Repeat for 10 reps. **BONUS -- Do a pushup when you are in the pushup position to make this exercise more challenging. You can establish good muscle tone and and start strengthening your body even if your a beginner. You don't need any weights or equipment for this workout -- you can do it at home with only your body weight. Here's the workout breakdown: SKYSCRAPER (10 REPS EACH SIDE) -- Get into a push up position and keep your body tight and straight like a board. Turn to each side, look at the ceiling, and reach your hands towards it. Repeat 10 reps on each side. BENT OVER CIRCLES (25 REPS EACH DIRECTION) -- Bend over with your knees slightly bent, (tip: make sure your knees don't go pass your toes, must keep your chest out) put your arms straight out to the side and make small circles, 25 each side non stop. DUMBBELL SWING W/ JUMP SQUATS (10 REPS)-- Grab a dumbbell or anything that is weighted, squat until your legs are bent at a 90 degree angle. Keep good posture (look at the ceiling if you need to) and put your weight on your heels. Make a small jump as you come up while swinging the dumbbell upwards. Star Wars Imperial Walker Loft Bed


This is a loft bed I made for my son that resembles a Star Wars AT-AT Imperial Walker. I searched the Internet and found scale models, cakes, legos, baby strollers and costumes resembling an AT-AT, but never found a bed that resembled an AT-AT. So I made one. It was made with materials available at any Home Depot or Lowe's. This is a video/slideshow of some of the photos I took during the build process. Hopefully this will help someone who might consider building their own AT_AT. My son sure enjoys his! May the force be with you! I feel like I know you all. You feel like family to me, I tell you everything that is going on and thank you for caring about our life. Please let my grand-baby that is special needs teach you what is really important in life.Take time to stop and smell the roses. Be happy and thankful. Miracle had the pink cast for 7 weeks and the purple one for 4 weeks. Because of cerebral palsy her hip was out of place. So she had hip surgery on one leg and then the other one.. She is 14 lbs and 8 ozs. She is small and the doctors change her milk to add the pounds on her. Yes she had Hip dysplasa. After the cast was off she was in so much pain because of the cerebral palsy and not having her body worked out. . You know that Kayla was singing to her . This just took place on sept 8 09. God bless Miracle. She was also fited for braces on both legs and she will get a stander. One day I hope to see her walk. Please stand in agreement with me on this as we all pray for her. Prayer changes things. She was suppose to be put to sleep for a MRI on her brain and she do not feel well so now it will be in January before the next opening for an MRI I never would have made it without the Lord and thank you all for all your love and support and prayers.
