LeMay was appointed Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force in July 1957, serving until 1961 when he was made the Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force. The Lemay: America's Car Museum
As an avid antique and classic car buff, I was thrilled to meet with Bruce Benson, chief operating officer of the LeMay Museum, during the New York International Auto Show. At the show, the museum had on display several cars, including a 1913 vintage buggy, a beautiful Hudson Hornet and a 1968 Astro concept car, on loan from GM 's Heritage division. In July of 2008, I had the honor of photographing Laura and Dan Durrer and the birth of their 3rd child. The labor started well before sunrise, and my method is always during a birth, to photograph without flash. The images may be a bit noisy due this fact. I forget the weight of Nathaniel, but it was well over 9 lbs. Bravo Laura!
