Lipo batteries are wonderful things and have significantly changed the hobby of flying RC model aircraft. However, they need to be stored safely if you are to avoid a tragedy. My solution to safe lipo storage is to use a large concrete block placed away from flammable materials or objects, preferably on a concrete floor. In the event that a battery does fail and vent flames, the concrete block will help contain those flames and hopefully avoid a larger fire occurring. It is also a good idea not to store your batteries in a fully-charged state. Not only does this increase the chances of a fire but, if you store them with 3.8V per cell of charge, they will also last a lot longer. Energizer "Ultimate LITHIUM" batteries contain pure lithium in contrast with lithium ion batteries. Use only Energizer "Ultimate LITHIUM". In this demonstration we will remove the lithium foil from such a battery using a copper tube cutter, a pair of pliers and mineral oil for storage. You can find the two first in your local hardware store. Paraffin oil can be obtained in any super market. Using this method there is no short-circuit danger but you need to move fast because lithium is more exposed on the down side of the battery. Allright! Put your gloves and your mask on! When you open the steel casing, discard the protective membrane and the black electrolyte. Then put immediately the lithium band in mineral oil. That's all guys! Enjoy!

This was my first attempt on how to replace my old FS1 Polar battery (CR2025-fr Radio Shack) on my own. I used a 1.6 m/m Precision Screwdriver to remove the screws. Then I used a small flat head about 3.8 m/m size to prey open the back corner where I took of the plate of my watch. Since I had my watch for a few years now, it was out of warranty. But ppl should be aware even if your still under warranty, you could void it even IF you attempt to remove the back cover of the watch, so beware. But for those who feel that they could do it on their own good luck and hope this video helps you:)
