Excerpt from the "Live Score" performance / Alfredvedvore Theatre / Prague / Live score is performance based on the interactive musical installation. It is our idea about possible score development: it is realtime score with physical (paper) based interface. The space of the Live Score (white paper) is taken by webcam connected with computer and custom made musical interactive software. As result, the whole system based on live sampling can electronically operate live improvisation of musicians in real time in purely physical way. Main "features" of the Live Score: possibility to play previously recorded material (horizontal black rectangles), live sampling of the actual material (vertical black rectangles), sound effects(pink squares and other random objects - intensity is the distance from black objects), yellow squares (loop position and length - acccording to distance from the black objects). The whole performance always starts with the concert of the invited musical band or music individual, in the meanwhile the performer (guy in white) is sampling fragmets of the concert into the score. Based on this "collected fragmets" we develop the live improvisation in the second main part of the performance. This is the excerpt from the second part of the performance where we already remix previously recorded material. Credits: Tomas Dvorak (author), Tomas Vanek (coauthor, performer - guy in white .-), Michal Nejtek (piano), Petr Tichy (doublebas). more info: fx.muteme.cz
