It is already possible to run GBA games on the DSi, but only with one kind of flashcard! That's the only one that currently works. The rest doesn't ;) My official post on Palib: forum.palib.info I think there's still something in the DSi Firmware that allows you to boot the GBA slot. Ayup this sounds impossible/incredible. So I have to give you proof right? Okay, first of all you have to download Spinal's DiagnoSe (spinal.dizidesigns.co.uk Put this application on your flashcard and run it. You'll get the intro's and then the menu. In the right upper square is the button to boot GBA. In the right upper corner you see an icon which notifies you on which screen the GBA game will be runned. If the upper screen in the icon is red, it'll be booted on the upper screen. Now press the button to boot the GBA slot. Indeed, the screen turns totally black, but watch this: if you press the turn-off button on the DSi really fast, you'll see that the upper screen flashes white. After that the bottom screen turns white too and you'll be returned to the DSi menu. Now start DiagnoSe again and switch the screen with that little icon. Do the same thing and now you'll see that the bottom screen will turn white first! What does this mean? Has Nintendo still left something in their system so that they can release a GBA-boot-program as DSiWare? And that you can buy official roms in the DSiWare shop and that those Roms will be saved on your SD? It sounds impossible since everybody claims the ...
