This is a traditional Son in the Arribeno style from the Mountains of Veracruz (Xalapa, Xico, Cordoba etc.,). Instead of the Jarocho Harp the emphasis is on the small picking Jaranera guitar. The music is also a bit slower & more melodic, and usually features Dancers tapping on top of acoustic wooden stages (known as Tarimas) to supplement the rhythm section. Asi Me Besan Tus Labios, Cuando Amanecen Tus Ojos, Cuando Amanecen Tus Ojos, La Noche de las Estrellas.
