Parar imediatamente qualquer apreciação disso e devolver o "negócio" (o Projeto de Lei) para que fosse designado o que a Academia Brasileira de Ciências pediu, o que a Sociedade Brasileira para o Progresso da Ciência pediu, e não foi representante que pediu não, foi depois de reuniões e reuniões que eles fizeram, no âmbito desses órgãos, que se faça um estudo do Código, "Novo" Código, seja lá, a Lei, exatamente nos moldes como foi feito em 1965. Foi nomeada uma comissão que trabalhou durante 2 ou 3 anos, ouvindo D's e todo o mundo, fazendo mais de 3 audiências públicas, que nós fizemos, incorporando todo o estado de arte mais moderno que existia naquela época, e que hoje ainda é moderno e depois, então, apresente um projeto ao Senado para aprovar ou para recusar. Esse que é o caminho certo que o Senado deveria fazer! Se o Senado não fizer isso, por azar nosso, de todos os brasileiros, que a presidente então faça isso. Tenha... é como eu digo: a Dilma tem que ser "macho". Sinto muito, mas tem que ser! É vetar esse negócio, devolver o "negócio", veta completamente o "negócio". O caminho certo é fazer, do início, tudo com todos os órgãos, com <b>...</b>
