Hi, this is my first gameplay video from OMSI. This one features MAN SD202, built in 1986 as first series of these buses. It is recognizable because it has pneumatic doors, brown. This video features ticket selling, kickdown and max. speed. At the beginning I didn't go to Galenstrasse terminus because I had 2 minutes for departure so I made an U-turn.

My First OMSI video. Remarks: 1) As my computer lags a lot, i disabled AI traffic for cars and buses. (Mostly) 2) As I have only played this game for 2 weeks, i am still a training driver so excuse me if my driving kinda sucks. 3) I am using a mouse to drive as i do not have a driving wheel. 4) If i do leave the driver's cabin while driving, it is because my game will lag and the bus will start bouncing. Thus, when I change camera modes the bus stops lagging. Enjoy the video!

ProdBus stepped one foot into the OMSI, testing a tuning mod on a MAN SD202 D87. This involved retrofitting a turbo on the existing MAN D2566UH engine and making the final drive ratio smaller for faster rides. There was also some sound modification to match the retarder sound with the smaller final drive ratio. I found a way to make the ZF gearbox have slipping gears as i show in this video. Also i re-fitted the ZF with a new ZF 2-3 gearchange. And when i releas the brake the ZF retarder-decomressionsound (ZF Whistle) is being heard. The ZF whistle is found in this very impressive and cool bus: www.youtube.com Enjoy! Today i woke up and felt like thrashing. Thrashing my car i could do that but it's not safe. So i made the choise to thrash the SD202 D89 ZF in Omsi. That realy felt good to thrash the crap out of that bus and it's safe because when you crash into a car in this game oh well who cares. But in reallife it's a hole lot of trouble! Have fun watching!

What did i change ? Yup once again the ratios now the D89 does a real ZF style Kick-down into gear 1. You can also let it sound like it's dodgy. And due to the fact i changed the ratios to the RPM limiter it likes to stay in Lock-upgear a while when you are going uphill causing geartrouble. Geartrouble getting started @ 02:45 enjoy!

Demonstration of a "prototype bus" (fictional) for New Glendale City Bus and SIENG (Superior Institute of Engineering of New Glendale or Engineering Institute). With a MAN SD2566UH motor and a Voith 4-speed retrofitted gearbox and a MAN SD202 bodywork, the SD85R1 or the SD201R also comes along with pneumatic doors, a warning sound for the back door, kneeling function, orange matrix display and the heating system like the D86, D87 and D88.
