We call this the "Wheaties" workout, because you better have eaten your Wheaties, taken your Flinstone vitamins, and said your prayers, if you want to survive this. This round was 10 exercises, 30 seconds each, for a solid 5 minute round. This was a slight different variation to our "walking the walk" training program, with a few little twists. These circuits are NOT easy, and NOT for beginners.
