After traveling the world for the past few years to study the most intensive way possible, IN the trenches, Martin has a new book and was NOT short on amazing information and awesome workouts. This is the final round, 3 of 3, of the Hurricane. Notice the intensity of these MMA Fighters are higher in Round 3 then Round 1! I took an ass whoopin' goin' through 1 round, these guys are still relaxed and poised on the 3rd round. What's crazier is Martin ALWAYS leads from the front. He trains with the guys, he keeps track of time, he still manages to talk to the camera, coach and motivate his MMA fighters. It's insane, and, Martin is just shy of 40 years young, yet he can crush the typical man in his late 30s, let alone guys in their 20's! These guys are damn impressive and Martin puts together some deadly training for these guys, although more deadly for their competition because it seems like NOTHING tires these MMA fighters out! Exercises: Elevated cross jacks right, R arm taps w/ R "T" rotation, elevated cross jacks left, L arm taps w/ L "T" plank rotation, burpees w/ box hop, elevated straight arm towel pulls, sliding crunches. I did the 40/30/10 rep range and did the first round of 40s in under 17 minutes! It's a good sweat! :)

Hi it has been a while since I uploaded, been really busy quite lately. So here is my comeback video, I just wanted to change up training routines a little bit and focus from strength and power, to endurance and conditioning. Each superset will be numbered with a letter representing the exercise...do the exercises only resting 1-2 mins between supersets. warm up: 1a. Med ball twists 20 reps 1b. Med ball farmer swing 20 reps repeat 3-4 2a. Band core twists 20 reps 2b. Hanging leg raises 20 reps repeat 3-4 Workout: 1a. Lying db chest press 24 reps 1b. Lying med ball chest pass 22 reps repeat 3-4 2a. Pull-ups 20-16 or max reps 2b. Band tricep push downs 22 reps repeat 3-4 3a. Standing band rows 24 reps 3b. Standing band tricep extensions 22 reps repeat 3-4 warm down with stretches and/or repeat the core supersets again. And remember once you start the very first superse with 4 sets or 3 sets then the rest of all exercises workout and warm up with have to follow suit either 3 or 4 sets. Enjoy this one have a great workout!
