Curb Your Enthusiasm - Ted Danson: Asshole
One of the funniest things about Curb Your Enthusiasm is how Ted Danson is portrayed as a conniving phony who shares a lot of qualities with Larry, but is more capable of masking them. Most people who can't stand Larry adore Ted, and vice-versa. Larry, and Lucy Lawless for that matter, dislike Ted because he's being just as big an asshole as they are and getting away with it every day. I couldn't find one of my favorite Danson moments from the show where someone knocks on his door and he's just sitting there idly reading the paper while his wife is busy with something, and he doesn't even take his eyes off the paper to ask her to get the door instead.
