The variants of the Mutant Enemy Logo

The logo was introduced on Buffy the Vampire Slayer for Joss Whedon's last minute production company. The logo has been altered several times for special occasions. This video also includes Tara's finger puppet imitation of the logo. :) The name "Mutant Enemy" is taken from the song "And You and I" by Prog rock band. Yes, of whom Whedon is a confessed fan. (On the special features of the Buffy DVDs, Whedon also says in an interview that he called his typewriter "mutant enemy.") The company's end-of-credits logo and mascot is an intentionally poorly animated vampire cartoon figure crossing the screen from right to left and saying, "Grrr. Argghh." It was drawn and voiced by Whedon himself. In certain episodes of Buffy the animation was changed. The company produced Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Dollhouse, Firefly, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, and The Cabin in the Woods.

Her Tiny Snack

A cartoon I made about a year ago using nothing but a pencil and a heck of alot of paper. It's about a tiny guy being chased by a giantess who wants to eat him. The voice-over still needs a little bit of work, so, for the moment, I chucked it aside and just played the Nelly Furtado song "Maneater" over it (just thought it'd be an appropriate song considering the theme.). I also added the little bit after the credit as an homage to Joss Whedon's "Mutant Enemy".
Buffy - The Only One (Evanescence)

A video about the Scoobies, and how they're always there for each other. They know that, no matter how bad things get, they're never alone. At the beginning I tried to go back and forth between Welcome to the Hellmouth and Chosen, hopefully it worked out like I wanted! Song: The Only One Artist: Evanescence Clips: Buffy (Mutant Enemy)

Here's another fake trailer for "Return to Serenity", the non-existent sequel to Joss Whedon's Serenity. Think of this as the "full trailer" to the "teaser trailer" I posted before. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope that one day there will be a real sequel! Music in this trailer includes: "The Man With the Harmonica" (Once Upon a Time in the West) by Ennio Morricone, "Jayne and Zoe - Final Battle" (Serenity) by David Newman, and "River's Jig" (On the Drift) by the Bedlam Bards. The last is used with permission (www.bedlambards.com), the rest under fair dealing. Made for fun, not for profit. All FIREFLY related images are copyright Mutant Enemy, Inc. and 20th Century Fox.
