A bit about Dipo "His Love and Passion for singing started way back when he was in Junior Secondary at Mayflower School Ikenne,Ogun State. Strongly influenced by Boys II Men,he started appreciating the art of Music and went further to write songs and perform at school social gatherings. He joined the school choir at Covenant University where he graduated from Accounting. This song just blessed me right now and i thought to share. It's off Lara Geroge's 2008 album, "Forever in my heart". The track is titled "Fig Tree". I totally heart this song and the entire album (From "Ijoba Orun", "Orin", "Forever in My heart", to "God of breakthrough"). It is one album that reminds me of God's grace and testifies to his glory. I loves it!! For those who have been sleeping on Lara George, which would be quite shocking, she was a former member of the christian group Kush (I used to love them). Well, they (amazing TY Bello, Nkem and Lara) broke up and went their separate ways and have been equally successful. Though i haven't really heard much from Nkem. That said, be blessed by this uplifting song and go purchase the "Forever in my Heart" album on I-Tunes. I'm doing some fall cleaning in my music library and going through songs that i am yet to listen to. This is one of such songs. I finally listened to it today. I first heard of Rhyme on gbedufiva.com. He has two songs on there. One is called "story story" and the other "Angel". I was definitely feeling Angel more, minus the "autotuny" sound. Plus Rhyme needs to learn to control the inflection in his voice. At certain parts in the song, his voice did sound cracked. That said, the song is not bad and i can definitely see Rhyme going far. We all have to start from somewhere right. A bit about Rhyme: "Rhyme, aka, Abiola Bolarinwa was born on the 5th of May 1982 by a Nigerian juju musician called Sir Guinea who hails from Iseyin town of Oyo state but based in Lagos state, Nigeria. His love for music started from a tender age, he started writing his own lyrics at the age of 8 and since then has been developing his writing skills. His love for music gradually pushed him to being a Disc Jockey when he was just in JSS 3 in his secondary school (Community Grammar School Femi Ayantunga), he used to play parties and gigs and gradually became a name to reckon with in Aguda, Surulere, Lagos state, Nigeria.
