Thumbs up / fav for home work outs without any weights! (BAMF!!!!) FAV this video to come back to it also :) Follow me on Twitter! twitter.com Like my FB! (For pics of me, etc) www.facebook.com This is pretty much just general tips if your starting out / maintaining, im going to do specific vids later but the first of many to come! Ive worked as a swimming coach, worked out on and off for 5 years (getting back into it) 1. Research - Research the BEST way for you to do what you want to do (Either lose weight, get more cut, bulk up, there are different exercises / routines for each) 2. Working out Find out if you want to do a 3 day split 5 day split, etcl learn how to do the exercises RIGHT (To avoid injury and more gain) For muscle training do COMPOUND exercises (exercises that involve alot of muscle groups) These stimulate massive group QUICK and gives you alot of gains. Do HITT to lose fat / or do a primary sport such as swimming, running, soccer, etc. LEGS are just as important and upper body, dont forget those ;) 3. Nutrition. Eat healthy, its as simple as that. Dont drink too much pop, alcohol, candy sugar, if you want to be as cut as possible (Low body fat) 4. Sleep you need to be sleeping 8 hrs a day at least! Quality sleep, consistency is key. Dont forget to mentally focus when your working out. You should be working out only 45 min -1 hr and work out muscle groups every 48 hrs (U cannot over train the same muscle the next day you have to let it rest for 48 hrs)
