This week we start off with a special announcement from John Holzer and the NBT crew, then head over to Boulder CO, and sit with Adam Avery in the barrel room of Avery Brewing Co. We talk about Stephen's love of Avery beers, Avery's barrel aging program, and we drink some Quinquepartite. We learn why Adam called some of his beers what he did .. For instance Depuceleuse ... insert sophomoric joke here. We also learn about Avery's geekiness and love for Voltron. This week we visit Belgium. Not really, but we enjoy some tasty Belgium created brews from one of our favorite Belgium breweries, Brasserie Dupont, specifically we enjoy Saison Dupont.
