At Castello di Borghese Vineyard and Winery, Long Island's premier winery owned by Marco and Ann Marie Borghese, the ongoing tours of the facility, called Winemaker's Walk, include a visit to the wine cellar where guests can get an insiders view of the process of making fine wine. The walk was conducted by Ann Marie Borghese, owner of Borghese Vineyard, who answers guests' questions as she expertly guides the tour of the winery's production facilities. Additionally (weather permitting), the Winemaker's Walk includes a stroll through the 84-acre vineyard where visitors gain further winemaking insight by learning about the different grape varieties and growing procedures at Castello di Borghese. As the vineyard awakens in early spring, guests will witness the careful pruning of vines that has taken place -- an integral part of vineyard management that lays the foundation for the harvest. The North Fork of the Blackfoot River flows from the mountains northeast of Bonner into the main Blackfoot River. It is very, very clear and cold. Cutthroat trout are the main sportfish. It would be a fly fisherman's paradise except for the apparent lack of a sizeable fish population. It is likely this that keeps the fishing pressure down and allows the angler to fish in almost total solitude.

Hidden deep in the Ozark hills of Douglas County, Missouri, Topaz Mill remains one of Missouri's best kept secrets. In the upper watershed of the North Fork of the White River, the mill, spring, and the surrounding countryside still evokes the feeling of the Ozarks landscape of a hundred years ago. The Bluegill Buddies spent a lovely early Spring day enjoying the sights and sounds of Topaz as well as adding a few sounds of their own. The renditions of "Redbird" and "The Irish Cobbler" were recorded live on site. We humbly dedicate this video to the family that is in the process of restoring the mill to its original condition.
