Ryan rushes to find Marissa after they had fought over the fact that Ryan said "thank you" after Marissa accidentally told him that she loved him, earlier that day and spent New Year's Eve apart. Meanwhile, Seth finds comfort with the new girl Anna as Summer realizes how much she misses him. Ryan and Marissa share a final dance (at least for the first season of The OC) in this music moment. The beautiful song "Maybe I'm Amazed" by Jem plays while Ryan and Marissa slow dance in the wedding reception following Julie and Caleb's marriage. Ryan is heading back to Chino in order to take care of Theresa as she claims she's pregnant with Ryan's baby. Marissa is sad but she understands why Ryan has to go back. In this great OC music moment, Rooney is performing one of their best songs, "I'm Shakin'" at the Bait Shack. Everyone is there, but unforunately, Oliver is still around worming his way into Marissa's life. Luke is dorky and hilarious in this episode. One of my favorite Rooney songs, a band which I discovered through this show. Enjoy!

OC Smith Son of Hickory Holler's Tramp
OC Smith (June 21, 1932November 23, 2001) was an American musician. Born Ocie Lee Smith in Mansfield, Louisiana, Smith moved with his parents to Little Rock, Arkansas, before their divorce saw Smith and his mother move to Los Angeles, California. After completing a psychology degree at Southern University, Smith joined the Air Force, and served throughout the US, Europe and Asia. While in the Air Force, Smith began entering talent contests and toured with Horace Heidt. On his discharge in July 1955, Smith went into jazz music to pay the bills. Smith gained his first break as a singer with Sy Oliver and made an appearance on Arthur Godfrey's Talent Scouts. His success on that show led to a recording contract with Cadence Records. Smith's debut release was a cover of the Little Richard hit "Tutti Frutti" in December 1955. The song was not a hit, but convinced MGM Records to sign Smith to a solo contract, resulting in three more releases, but still no hits. In 1961, Smith was recruited by Count Basie to be his vocalist, a position he held until 1965. He also continued to record with different labels, but a hit remained elusive. By 1968, Smith's then label, Columbia Records, was ready to release him from his recording contract, when he entered the charts for the first time with "Son of Hickory Holler's Tramp", which reached number 2 in the UK Singles Chart[1] and also broke the Top 40 in the United States. OC's Myspace: www.myspace.com .....Purchase OC's music from there also Omar Credle (born in 1972 in Brooklyn, New York), known by his stage name, OC, is an American rapper who has been involved with several renowned underground hip-hop groups and also released many solo albums. Credle was born in Brooklyn and raised in the Bushwick section. In 1991, he made his recording debut on Organized Konfusion's "Fudge Pudge" and one year later he made a featuring on the remix of MC Serch's "Back to the Grill" (which also features a very young Nasty Nas). By 1994, he had signed with Wild Pitch Records and recorded the seminal classic Word...Life which featured his most notable single "Time's Up". The album was critically acclaimed and remains beloved in hip-hop circles. In 1997, OC signed to Pay Day Records, where he released his second album Jewelz — another critically acclaimed effort that kept OC headed in the right direction and featured collaborations with DJ Premier, Da Beatminerz and Freddie Foxxx. By this time, he was a part of the underground rap act known as Diggin' in The Crates together with legends like Lord Finesse, Showbiz & AG, Diamond D, Buckwild and Big L. In 2000 the crew released their self-titled debut album through Tommy Boy Records on which OC featured on the majority of the songs. The 2001 release of Bon Appetit was met with very mixed reviews; the negative accused OC of selling out with a polished, shining and toned-down <b>...</b>
