If your car has been sitting under a pine tree, you know how much headache is to remove tree sap. I'm showing you my easy way to do it, using only supplies you already have in your house. It was really hot outside, close to 100F, so the sap was soft. So leaving your car in the sun for a few hours will help melt some of it for easy removal. If you live in a cold climate, you could try warming up the sap spots with a hair dryer. If you have spots remaining after the cleanup, it means that the sap sat there for a long time and discolored your paint. I have a couple of spots where tree sap was baked in and those need to be refinished, but I'm not sure how.
