But the graphics in the movie are so beautiful that I didn't want to add much effects in it! :PI was shuffling through my iTunes, and I found a song I used to listen to non-stop... People were making the same arguments about real estate as they were about stocks in the 1990s. They said that revenue and cash flow didn't matter. The price always goes up. They were wrong back then, and they're wrong now. As the prices start to come down, the banks will have to reinstate stricter lending standards. When you rent an apartment, you would need to pay first and last month, and a deposit, and you need to prove some income. But no one had to do this in order to buy a house. It was cheaper and easier to buy than it was to rent. As the banks start to see the real estate for sale, they are going to get worried. They'll start requiring a 20% down payment. The only reason that real estate was a good investment for most people is that it is forced savings. At some point, you can pay off your mortgage and retire. But when people are taking interest only mortgages, this entire rationale disappears. Why should a condo that was worth $300000 a few years ago, why should it be worth a million dollars today? Nothing has changed. The people within the industry had a million different reasons to justify the high prices, but they are all nonsense <b>...</b>

Peter Puppy glitch (tool-assisted)
It's possible to make Peter Puppy disappear for good (unless you die). Right before the tentacle grabs Peter (if his x-value is sufficiently aligned), there's a frame where he disappears. If you either kill the tentacle (not possible unless you use cheats, like I did here) or run far enough away from it so it goes offscreen and despawns right as Peter Puppy does too, it's bye-bye Peter.

Episode eight : Goodbye The finale ! Yay ! Peter is having dreams again : the same he had in his coma. He thinks he's gonna kill everyone, and calls Chloe. Chloe goes to Dean, but he's too proud to go to Peter, since they're on the outs. Peter also sees in his dreams a mysterious man. He finds him : the man, Isaac, has visions on the future, and thinks Peter will kill everyone. Peter grows agressive, and can't control himself. Isaac tries to shoot him... only he shoots Chloe, who had come to help Peter. Peter, distraught, goes to Dean and tells him the news, and disappears. Dean finally finds him : Peter is about to explode, like he dreamt. Peter begs kill to shoot him, but Dean won't. He wants to save Peter. Sam's ghost appears, and keeps Peter from blowing up. He smiles at Dean, and disappears. At the end, the world is saved. Even though they suffered, the boys have to stick together. No matter what. And... don't forget to stay for the (not so surprising !)ending !
