It took approx. 2 weeks to have the Light delivered to the US East Coast. Light puts out 650 lumens according to the manufacturer. I use the light with my Canon 7D for video and photos and it works great.Also, since the light uses LED's, it does not get hot. Highly recommended! I used a Zoom H4 recorder with an Audio Technica Lav mic for the audio in this video, then sync'd using Sony Vegas Pro 9. This light is a knockoff of the Lite Panels Micro.
