This is a supplemental test to the original Magpul PMag truck test video showing the window PMag going through the same tests as the non window version.

When using a modified PMAG that can handle VLD bullets, you may need to modify the upper receiver of your AR in order to take full advantage of the space used for your bullets. Without modifying your receiver, you will likely NOT be able to run the VLD bullets at max OAL. This just shows the small mod that makes a 2.400" OAL possible.

Nearly a year after first releasing the WSSM PMAG mod. I have revised the process enough to be getting requests at least 2-3 times a month. NOW, with the attempt at loading VLD bullets, I've done a 2nd revision to allow them to protrude beyond the 2.26 OAL of standard mags out to 2.400" if necessary. A slight mod to the upper receiver is required, but if you want to be running long range VLD Bullets, it could very well be worth it. AS WITH ALL THE WSSM PMAGS, They function with all the WSSM variants ranging from .223WSSM up to 325WSSM or whatever wildcat people are using these days. ALSO, coming soon is the 450 Bushmaster, 458SOCOM and 50Beowulf PMAG.

Got a Troy Ind. BattleMag and did so testing on it. Now I understand you normally will not burnout on your mag, but your magazine should be able to be abused in that matter and still function under stress. Like I said, PMAGs are the best and for good reason. At $14 per mag, you get what you pay for, Troy has release they're answer to the PMAG, called the Troy battle Mag, its also $14 to $15. It ran great. I did not have one issue of failure with it, however, they do not feel as tough as a PMAG. And as you see, they don't stand up to the challenge like the PMAG.
