Police Brutality: Teen Girl Punched in Face for Jaywalking!

Facebook: "Like" us here: www.facebook.com "friend" us here: www.facebook.com twitter: twitter.com SEATTLE -- Seattle police are investigating what they call an assault of an officer in South Seattle. However, a police officer is seen punching a 17-year-old girl in the face during the incident captured by a video camera on Monday. According to Seattle police, the incident began when an officer spotted a man jaywalking in the 3100 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Way S. at approximately 3:10 pm The man was some 15 feet away from a pedestrian overpass, police said. The officer was talking to the man when he saw four young women jaywalk across the same street at the same spot. The officer asked the women to step over to his patrol car, but the women were being "verbally antagonistic toward the officer," according to officials. One of the women, later identified as a 19 year old, began to walk away from the scene despite the officer's instructions, prompting the officer to walk over to her and escort her back to his patrol car. The girl then "began to tense up her arm, and pull away from the officer while yelling at him," investigators said. The officer told the girl to place her hands on his patrol car, but she refused. When the officer tried to grab hold of her, "she pulled away and twisted, breaking free of the officer's grip several times," the blotter report said. When the officer tried to handcuff the girl, another girl, this one 17 years old, intervened and placed her ...

An excellent piece of main stream coverage on this past weekend, I'm sure this video wont be up long, but figured the folks looking at the vids on this channel would appreciate it. Thanks for an excellent piece Lawrence O'donnel Follow the live stream of the occupy wall street protests here: www.livestream.com This may seem insignificant to some, but this is where REAL reform starts. These protests are filled with individual who have a quarrel with how corrupt our government and federal bank have become. Many have their own message, many just know they are not happy and want to create a better society for themselves and their fellow Americans. The corruption of the FED is avoided by the main stream media, make your own assumptions as to why, but one of the goals of these protestors is to bring light to some of these facts. The FED has handed out over $16 Trillion to private banks and corporations in the past 4 years and NONE of this was addressed in the mainstream news nor was it approved of by the people. Corinth Mississippi Police Abuse of Power Officer Lane Fowler Badge # 33

CanIGetALawyer.com In this explosive audio and video recording, Corinth Mississippi City Police Officer Lane Fowler (badge # 33) is 'escorting' our 'out of control' landlord, Johnny Butler, around my VALID LEASED PROPERTY, without a court order, allowing Mr Butler and his wife to remove PRE-PAID lease items from our property. Why would Corinth Mississippi City Police Officer Lane Fowler (badge # 33) allow the Butlers to act in this manner? Well, apparently because Mr. & Mrs. Butler want to retaliate against me for telling them they could NOT do a walk through of my property without my wife or I present, because our underage daughters were home alone this particular day. Mr Butlers actions appear to be a magnificent show of ignorance of landlord tenant law, coupled with a seemingly 'law oblivious' Corinth City Police Officer, Lane Fowler (badge # 33) http

Police abuse and represion in San Salvador Atenco in Mexico by the Governor Enrique Peña Nieto (PRI) with help of President Vicente Fox (PAN) that wanted to confiscate ancient lands to the citizens of Atenco and pay them at 5 cents of a dollar per square meter to build a private airport for the 20 whealtiest families of México. As you can see in the images, the strategy of the goverment was first to provoque this brave people and then brutally hit them, you can see that even in the ground police keep hitting with the batons. Woman arrested were subjet to violations by inserting the police fingers in their vaginas. Even dogs in streets were hitted by police and private house searched. The Mexican constitution explicitly prohibits any autority to enter into a private house without a judge court order but police invade private homes to take all man and woman of a certaing age into custody. Enrique Peña Nieto is now the presidential candidate of the PRI and is supported all day long by the only 2 TV networks in Mexico and high on poles by artificial means. After 71 years of a single party "democracy" with the PRI the PAN took office with Vicente Fox but instead of making changes, Fox made bussiness with Carlos Salinas former mexican PRI president that controls many corporations that he sold from the state to his friends and with strong ties with the George Bush klan and neoliberals around the globe. LITTLE ROCK POLICE BRUTALITY CAUGHT ON TAPE

A Little Rock man says he is the victim of police brutality, punched in the face several times by a uniformed officer, Lt. David Hudson. It was caught on video by a bystander and is now on YouTube. It happened the night of October 29th outside Ferneau Restaurant in Hillcrest to Chris Erwin, 40. Erwin's attorney, Keith Hall said, "Hudson roughly puts his hands on Chris, grabs the nape of his neck, turns his face towards his fist and the creepiest part of the whole thing is when you look at it in slow motion Hudson looks around and then begins to dole out his blows into Chris's face." Nine days later Erwin's face is still black and blue. He had to get three stitches at the hospital that night. Erwin says, "I will never forget the rage in his eyes. His eyes were solid white filled with rage, and if I was over there somewhere else in Little Rock on a dark street I have no doubt he would have killed me." According to the police report, Erwin and his friends tried to enter a private party inside Ferneau restaurant. He was asked to leave and refused and soon after a struggle began with the officer. Erwin says he did nothing wrong. Police spokesman Lt. Terry Hastings said, "People that would watch this video and say this is police brutality are obviously not getting the whole story, and we would caution them against that and listen to the facts when they come out...This officer may have been doing his job to the very best of his ability. Police brutality in the USA - Stop the New World Order ! Wake up !

Police brutality is the wanton use of excessive force, usually physical, but potentially in the form of verbal attacks and psychological intimidation, by a police officer. Widespread police brutality exists in many countries, even those that prosecute it. It is one of several forms of police misconduct, which include: false arrest; intimidation; racial profiling; political repression; surveillance abuse; sexual abuse; and police corruption. Bush's "war on terror" quickly became Bush's war on Iraqi civilians. So far over one million Iraqi civilians have lost their lives because of Bush's invasion, and four million have been displaced. Iraq's infrastructure is in ruins. Disease is rampart. Normal life has disappeared. Self-righteous Americans justify these monstrous crimes as necessary to ensure their own safety from terrorist attack. Yet, Americans are in far greater danger from their own police forces than they are from foreign terrorists. Ironically, Bush's "war on terror" has made Americans less safe at home by diminishing US civil liberty and turning an epidemic of US police brutality into a pandemic. The only terrorist most Americans will ever encounter is a policeman with a badge, nightstick, mace and Taser. A Google search for "police brutality videos" turns up 2210000 entries. Some entries are foreign and some are probably duplications, but the number is so large that a person could do nothing but watch police brutality videos for the rest of his life. Facebook: "Like" us here: www.facebook.com "friend" us here: www.facebook.com twitter: twitter.com PHOENIX - The story of a Phoenix police officer who shot and killed a man Tuesday has taken a shocking twist. We've learned that the officer, Richard Chrisman, is now under arrest. This all started at a trailer park near Central and South Mountain. A woman called 911 to report domestic violence on the part of her son, 29-year-old Danny Frank Rodriguez. Officers showed up at the home and at some point, Officer Chrisman opened fire at the man, killing him. "They killed him for no reason they just shot him," said Elvira Fernandez, the man's mother, anguished. "I said don't hurt him whatever you do don't hurt him... they went in there and they killed him!" Chrisman was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony. The probable cause statement alleges that two officers went inside the mobile home and Rodriguez began yelling that they needed a warrant. Chrisman allegedly pulled his pistol, put the muzzle against the suspect's head and told him, "We don't need no warrant [expletive]." Over the next few minutes, Chrisman shocked Rodriguez with a stun gun and shot his pit bull. When Rodriguez started to retreat by taking up his bicycle, but he and Chrisman struggled, and finally Chrisman shot him from 2 to 3 feet away, according to documents.. Officer Sergio Virgillo, who accompanied Chrisman on the domestic violence call, told detectives that he saw no threat and ...

RENOWNED PHOTOGRAPHER CLAIMS ABUSE BY POLICE

www.ToxicCops.com - (jump to 0 to skip intro). The freelance photographer Mannie Garcia Of Kensington, Md.,lost his White House press credential when he was arrested for taking photographs of police officers. The photographer and his lawyer are considering a possible federal and state civil rights suit. Mannie Garcia says he was within his rights when he filmed Montgomery County police officers arrest two men last summer in Wheaton. The Kensington photojournalist, who has covered the White House, Congress, wars in Eastern Europe and genocide in Africa, was walking out of the Woomi Restaurant on Hickerson Drive on June 16 when he noticed three officers arresting the men across the street. He took out a new camera he had been showing off to a friend at dinner and started recording. Garcia said he identified himself as a member of the press, but during the next few minutes, an officer grabbed him by the neck, dragged him to a police cruiser and handcuffed him before taking the recording chip out of his camera. He was charged with disorderly conduct — a charge a district court judge threw out in December. Garcia, 58, said he is strongly considering a civil rights lawsuit, absent resolution of an Internal Affairs Department investigation he requested shortly after the incident. "Everyone in this country has the same right to document public officials in the performance of their duty, as long as it's not interfering with them," Garcia said. Police Brutality: Cops Strip, Beat, Taser & Pepper Spray Man For No Reason

The FBI has launched a criminal probe into a January incident where Tennessee police stripped a man naked, then kicked and beat him while he lay handcuffed in the snow. The incident, recorded by a patrol car's dashboard camera, also reveals police repeatedly shocking the man, Darrin T. Ring, of New Johnsonville, Tenn., with a Taser and spraying him with pepper spray. For nearly ten minutes, the video shows Ring writhing and screaming in pain as a gaggle of officers shout contradictory demands at him. "If he even flinches, shoot his ass," one officer declares on the tape. "Roll over on your belly!" another officer then yells. Ring, 34, intoxicated but unarmed at the time, was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated assault on a police officer and resisting arrest. Police had been responding to a report of gunshots in the area. Ring's injuries from the assault included four broken ribs and a punctured lung. Unable to make bail, Ring sat in jail for five months awaiting trial on the charges. Then in early July, his court-appointed defense attorney obtained the recording of his arrest and filed a motion requesting that the charges be dropped in light of the outrageous conduct of the officers. The Police Brutality Epidemic

Darrin McBreen highlights the dramatic rise of police brutality over the last two decades happening in our country. Whereas the LAPD's beating of Rodney King during the 1992 LA riots seemed so shocking it became an iconic event that outraged many across the country, the police use of undue force has become commonplace today, typically prompting little notice or outrage. From illegal' lemonade stands to little girls blowing bubbles and school violence from offenders as young as five, to peaceful Occupy protesters and more, police have carried out orders to criminalize what was once ordinary American life. I was the designated driver and was sober. We pulled into the 7-11 on Lamar & West 10th in Austin TX to get gas, and we saw ourselves near a car that was pulled over with two police cruisers behind it. A black woman was being given a field sobriety test in the cold. She seemed to be getting bossed around by the cops, and we both took notice. They had her doing the heel to toe test in high heels. In the passenger seat was a young Hispanic lady who appeared to be on her phone. She was doing nothing aggressive. As we finished pumping gas, a cop had gone over to the passenger side door and opened it. Soon after we heard a terrible scream and watched in horror as the very built cop started yanking this poor girl from the car. The other cop came up and joined in on the abuse. My friend and I stayed within two arms lengths of ...

Eurovision 2012: Police Brutality and Forced Evictions (MUST WATCH)

The recent HRW report documents the authorities' illegal expropriation of properties and forcible evictions of dozens of families in four Baku neighborhoods, at times without warning or in the middle of the night. The authorities subsequently demolished homes, sometimes with residents' possessions inside. The government has refused to provide homeowners fair compensation for the properties, many of which are in highly desirable locations. Azerbaijani law stipulates that market value should be paid in compensation for a forced sale. NEW CHARGES FILES IN ALLEGED POLICE BRUTALITY ARREST

New charges have been filed against a woman, who says Austin Police used excessive force on her during a routine traffic stop. Her attorney says this may be a case of retaliation. Norma Pizana, 28, came forward last week with claims of police brutality. She said two APD Officers roughed her up, while her friend, Ashley Hill was taking a sobriety test. The Officers say Pizana interfered with the test and would not get off her cell phone. Two people actually started rolling their cameras when they say they saw Pizana and Hill getting mistreated by the officers. One of those bystanders, Antonio Buehler, was also arrested. He says the reason why police arrested him was because he was snapping these pictures of Officer Pat Oborski, while he was roughing-up Pizana. Police say he was interfering. Pizana was arrested and charged with public intoxication. Now nearly a week a half later, there are new charges. Pizana is accused resisting arrest and disobeying the officer by being on her cell phone, when told by the Officer to get off. "I think all of us should be concerned if we are going to get charged for not ending a call when we're told to," Pizana's Attorney, Mindy Montford said. "She wasn't under arrest. The driver was detained. No one had even talked her yet." She says the officers went too far and provoked Pizana. She also says the new charges are highly suspect, after the media coverage last week. "Now suddenly this five line affidavit has turned into a full page affidavit ...

If You See Something, Film Something (Recording The Police is Dangerous, but Necessary!)

***********************READ DESCRIPTION -- OPEN ME!!!*********************** This video was created as an example of the importance of filming the police. Video provides transparency, accountability, and an accurate account of incidents that occur. It is no secret that the United States has a serious problem with police abuse, brutality, and corruption. It is essential for civilians to document their encounters with police officers to ensure transparency, accountability, and safety to all of those involved. Police departments have, for too long, tried to bully, intimidate, threaten, arrest, or otherwise harass law abiding citizens from recording the activities of law enforcement in public. Enough is enough! It is time for all of us to take a stand and expose police brutality when we witness it. Even if the officers behavior is correct, and justifiable, we still encourage the recording of the police activities for the transparency and accountability that is desperately needed in many departments. If you see something, film something, the freedom of press begins with you! If you feel the need to upload this video to your Youtubes, please contact us and we will make sure you acquire a high quality version of the film with our info. And please, add our links in the description, thanks More information about the clips in order of appearance: ORIGINAL FOOTAGE Suspect with Crowbar Shot Outside Carls Jr Monterey Park youtu.be New Footage of Oscar Grant Shooting (with sound) youtu ...

Seattle Police Misconduct Camera 1

On March 11, 2010, Miguel and Hugo were about to return to Yakima, Washington, when they were stopped and detained by four Seattle Police Officers. Both were subjected to profanity, threats, taunting, intimidation and wrongful detention. Miguel was booked in jail on a simple misdemeanor charge of Negligent Driving, which was ultimately dismissed for "proof issues" after his attorney brought the video to the City Attorney's attention. An internal investigation began wherein officers claimed they were only using profanity to "de-escalate the situation with known gang bangers." Three of the four officers were suspended for less than 3 weeks each for "profanity." The video here was only obtained after multiple denials from the police department and months of delay. This dashboard video is from the first police car at the scene. Please watch and weigh in the conversation.

DENVER POLICE FACE NEW ALLEGATIONS OF POLICE BRUTALITY

DENVER -- The Denver Police Department and the new chief of police are starting the New Year with a fresh allegation of police brutality, FOX31 Denver has learned. Clay Rampone says he and three friends rang in the New Year at Its Brothers Bar in LoDo, but after leaving they realized they had left an expensive leather jacket, with a cell phone and credit card in the pocket, inside the bar. He says the bouncers would not let them back inside and wouldn't help them retrieve the jacket. Rampone says two Denver police officers who were working inside the bar told them to wait outside and offered to go get the jacket, but he says they did not actually do anything. Rampone says he approached the bouncers once again, and exchanged words with one of them. He says the bouncer pushed him so he pushed the bouncer back. He says he started walking away to leave when he was grabbed from behind and thrown down the stairs outside the bar and knocked unconscious. His friends say it was one of the Denver police officers, and, even though Rampone was clearly unconscious, the second officer pinned him down and started slamming Rampone's head into the concrete sidewalk. Rampone says when he came to he was handcuffed and covered with blood. The officers arrested him and then had him taken to the hospital by ambulance. The doctor told him he had a concussion as well as serious injuries to his head, ear, face and elbows. Rampone is accused of trespassing, resistance and interference, but he says ...

Police Brutality - Officer Beats Special Ed Kid

A 15-year-old student at a special needs school got a lesson in police brutality. Marshawn Pitts, who attends the Academy for Learning in the south suburb of Dolton, was slammed into a locker and thrown to the ground by an unidentified police officer as he was taking Pitts to the principals office for an untucked shirt. A security camera installed in one of the schools halls caught the entire confrontation, which ended with a broken nose for Pitts, who lay motionless while the officer sat on him. The fight allegedly broke out after the officer asked the student to tuck his shirt in, a policy enforced in the school. The boys attorney, Ed Manzke, says the video will help Pitts cause. Were fortunate that it [the beating] was caught on videotape, he told the Chicago Tribune. There is nothing [the officer] can say that could justify [the beating]. The video shows the police officer and the student walking down a hall. After saying something to a woman standing there, Pitts is violently pushed against the lockers by the officer, who then proceeds to pin the student to the floor. As the fight starts, students in adjacent classrooms try to walk out of class, but are blocked by other teachers. Once the student is on the floor, two other men run up to the officer, but its unclear if they were trying to block or help him.
