Bookworm Adventures is a follow-up to the word-forming computer puzzle game Bookworm from PopCap Games. Released in November 2006, Bookworm Adventures combines the "create words from sets of letters" aspect of Bookworm with several elements of a computer role-playing game. In the 2007 Interactive Achievement Awards, Bookworm Adventures won the "Downloadable Game of the Year". The game also won three Zeeby awards for Best Word & Trivia Game of 2006, Best Game Design of 2006 and Best Story/Narrative of 2006. In contrast to the lower production budgets typical of most "casual games", PopCap Games spent over two and a half years and US$700000 developing Bookworm Adventures. Although the direct sales model used by the company avoids various distribution and retail fees, this still represents one of the most expensive investments in the genre to-date. John Vechey, PopCap's director, indicated that this did seem to be a departure from the previous model, noting that "A couple years ago, the prevailing wisdom was that it took three guys six months and $100000 to make a casual game. Cake Mania is a series of cooking/time management video games developed by Sandlot Games. Cake Mania is a time management game developed and published by Sandlot Games in 2006. The game is available for PCs, Apple Mac, game consoles, on the web as a flash game, and as a mobile game for cell phones. Cake Mania is also notable for being one of the first top-50 titles available as a free download in an advertising-supported model. Jill, who was inspired by her baker grandparents, developed a love for pastry cooking and went to a culinary school. When Jill comes back from culinary school, she finds her grandparents' bakery, Evans' Bakery, closed. Jill decides to open her own bakery and work her way up the business ladder so she can buy back her grandparents' bakery. She also learns about how to deal with some very tricky customers in to the bargain. The player controls Jill, a baker of cakes. Customers come in and line up, giving Jill their orders. The player must then direct Jill so that she creates the cake each customer wants, hopefully before the customer becomes tired of waiting and leaves. Jill can use other items such as cupcakes and a TV to help keep her customers patient. Virtual money earned in the game can be used to buy additional baking equipment such as a second oven, or a better frosting machine, a cupcake microwave or even faster shoes to keep Jill ahead of the orders.

Bonnie's Bookstore is a word-forming computer puzzle game developed by New Crayon Games and published by PopCap Games. On each level, tiles containing one (or in some cases, two) letters are arranged in a specific structure. As in the similar title Bookworm, players use adjacent letters to form valid words, with points being awarded based on the length of the word. In most cases, once a letter is used, it is removed from the board, with existing letters moving downwards and new letters filling in from the top. In Bonnie's Bookstore, the titular character runs a bookstore which she has inherited from her deceased grandfather. One day while cleaning the attic, she discovers a series of paintings apparently created by him. The paintings appear to depict scenes from popular children's stories. In a flash of inspiration, Bonnie decides to become an author, writing updated versions of these classic stories while using her grandfather's paintings as the illustrations. Each of the 50 stages in the game represents a chapter in a book. After completing a certain number of chapters, Bonnie finishes the book she's working on, receiving a congratulatory letter from her publisher and moving on to the next. Bonnie writes a variety of tales, especially fairy tales. Usually, each book is three chapters long. Bejeweled 2 is a free web-based game, sequel to Bejeweled, developed and published by PopCap Games. In 2004, Bejeweled 2 Deluxe was released. They both add extra game modes and features to the game. Bejeweled 2 Deluxe, like all PopCap titles, is available on a "try before you buy" basis. Bejeweled 2 Deluxe was released for the Xbox 360 as a downloadable Xbox Live Arcade game on November 22, 2005. Popcap also released a version for Apple's iPhone and iPod touch in 2008, which is available from the App Store. Bejeweled 2 was also released for PlayStation 3 on the PlayStation Network on January 29, 2009. As original Bejeweled, Bejeweled 2 based on Shariki game mechanic. Bejeweled 2 also features various secret gameplay modes that can be accessed by beating levels of Classic, Puzzle, Endless and Action modes. The game was named the 2001 Puzzle Game of the Year by Computer Gaming World. Modes of play: Classic: The player tries to match gems together, and the resulting matches contribute to a level up bar at the bottom of the page. AstroPop is a real-time computer puzzle game developed and published by PopCap Games. Players can play the Macromedia Flash version online for free at several different websites, or a deluxe version can be downloaded and unlocked for a fee. The game can also be found on both the Xbox and Xbox 360 versions of the Xbox Live Arcade, where it can be purchased for 800 Microsoft Points. The game has also been ported to cell phones, although the controls are simplified and one of the characters (Vixx) has been omitted. The object of the game is to clear a certain number of bricks in each level in order to fill up the Brick-O-Meter. Players control a ship which moves horizontally along the bottom of the screen. The ship can grab and release bricks (up to 6 of the same-colored bricks at a time), moving them from one column to another. If the player releases bricks such that 4 of more bricks of the same color are touching, the bricks explode. As bricks explode, the bricks below move up to fill in the gaps. If this causes 4 or more bricks of the same color to meet, they too will automatically explode (referred to as a combo). New rows of bricks continuously arrive from the top of the screen, at a rate directly proportional to the level of play. The game ends when any column of bricks touches the bottom.

Let's Play PopCap Games Collection Series - 12 - Chuzzle Deluxe
Chuzzle is a computer puzzle game created by Raptisoft Games and PopCap Games, and published by PopCap Games. It is named after the multi-colored fuzzballs around which the game revolves. The gameplay is similar to that of Bejeweled. The player is presented with a 6x6 board of Chuzzles. The goal is to move the Chuzzles so that in each turn a cluster of three or more Chuzzles of the same color is made, which removes those Chuzzles and allows new Chuzzles to drop onto the board. Moves are made by dragging rows and columns. The rows and columns "wrap" when dragged off the grid; Chuzzles on the left will reappear on the right, top will appear on the bottom, and vice versa. This "wrapping" of the grid can be a source of difficulty because some moves may require the player to drag edge Chuzzles to the middle. Eliminated Chuzzles' eyes fly into a flask to the left of the board. When the flask fills to its neck, the level ends and bonus points are awarded, 1000X the level number in Casual difficulty, and 2000X the level number in Expert difficulty. The overall gravity of the grid is downward; new Chuzzles will appear from the top. Various trophies are awarded to the player for certain accomplishments in the game. Examples include "Chuzzbomber", awarded for exploding 1000 Super Chuzzles, and "Speed Master", awarded for clearing 2 levels in Speed Chuzzle without getting a lock.

Zuma's Revenge! (PC) Gameplay
Gameplay of the PopCap.com game, Zuma's Revenge! This is the sequel to Zuma Deluxe. Sorry though, sound is out of sync on the first level. if you're interested, you can buy the game from the main PopCap website or from steampowered.com depending on your preference. But the link below is for PopCap's website. www.popcap.com From playing it, I noticed a lot of differences from Zuma Deluxe. Depending on the stage, the frog can move around, switch platforms and fight bosses. It also has a few extra modes of play. Also the ball and power-up graphics are different. I totally recommend this game to fans of the first game.
