Purring Cat (Russian Blue) Cat Abuser ANTIDOTE
Boris Kitten (a Russian Blue) purrs and snuggles. Boris is basically a Russian Blue cat, just like "Dusty", the abused cat. These cats are very sensitive, easily frightened or startled, and need very gentle handling. Their fur is the softest cat fur ever. Boris is very frightened of household visitors and is a one-person cat; he will not approach strangers, period. He purrs and "talks" to me whenever I enter the room. He's a muffin of complete and utter trust and love, and since his adoption has been the most loving cat I've ever lived with. I adore him. Maybe this little video can be a sort of Antidote to Kenny's (cat abuse) video. Boris is very happy, very spoiled, and trusts me completely. In return, I love him with all my heart. Boris is 4 yrs old here; I adopted him as a 3-month-old kitten from our local Animal Control shelter. Think Boris is cute? Please consider adopting from your local Animal Control/Humane Society/ASPCA shelter, where all the cutest pets are housed. In these difficult economic times, it makes even more sense to adopt a soft, snuggly pet from your local shelter. All six of our cats and dogs are one-time strays.

Remember that it's not just the sound of purring that's important but more the tremor or vibration it produces. Interestingly, science has known for many years that vibrations at specific levels or frequencies cause healing changes in the body. They can, for example, induce bone growth and regeneration. Bone fractures heal faster and weakened bones begin to strengthen and rebuild. Also, in the higher frequency ranges, the production of the body's own natural anti-inflammatory compounds increases thereby reducing joint pain and swelling. She dips her paw in the bag and licks her paw but because the bag is tall, big and quite full she can't tip it over. She barely takes a break from purring so it's kind of a game for her. We give her a few morsels from a small treat bag and then she tries to get her paw into the small bag but just pushes it around. Whity is so cute and funny the way she looks at us. This cat seems to be always hungry and is kind of a gourmet cat at the same time. A gourmet cat is very picky when it comes to food. It won't just eat everything. Our gourmet cat Whity doesn't like milk but loves cheese. She turns her nose up at some brands of moist cat canned food and won't touch them. And she will only eat certain, usually more expensive brands of dry food. Other cats will eat the same food and be happy. Another interesting fact about Whity the gourmet cat is that she always leaves a bite of food on her plate as if to say I have manners. Enjoy the video.
