This is not my record! Not even close. I also drive better than that 1:12,47 that shows at the start. This is done in the Czech plugin, which makes it a bit more slippery. Richard Burns Rally Simulator - First Look
Rally-Nerding as hard as we know how.... I setup a couple of Playseats with my Rally stuff. Thought I'd put on the full getup for the video. The "simulator" is not setup 100% yet but I plan to lower the display and bring it closer. Though you can't hear it, we're using the Peltor Communication system that's built into the helmets to deliver pace notes. My Co-Driver Evan is delivering the Pace Notes that we made for the course in Austrailia called Mineshaft. Yeah the graphics aren't the best but if you're after the best available physics in a rally simulator, Richard Burns Rally is by far the top of the list so far. I'm using a Logitech G25 Steering Wheel, Pedals, and 6-Speed shifter. An awesome setup and I can set my e-brake to the shift lever while in sequential mode. (Works great!) Sadly it's been sitting for a while which is why I sucked at driving so bad. I'll post up another when we're back in our groove.

RBR Promo shoot Austin,TX
Red Bull Racing filmed part of a promo video in downtown Austin,TX on August 20, 2011. They also filmed on a ranch a few days earlier as well as at the actual Circuit of the Americas construction site the following day. The F1 car took a full 2 laps of the track...sadly I wasn't able to get in to take video. Enjoy!
