Reed Timmer, Aaron Brodie and the Tornado Videos.net team from Discovery Channel's 'Storm Chasers' intercept a large EF4 tornado near Tipton, Oklahoma, on Monday, November 7, 2011. Reed and the TVN team were in the Dominator 2, with Chad Cowen and Aaron Brodie following close behind. Andy Gabrielson, with findthetornado.com, rolled his chase vehicle when he backed up (it was not the tornado), but he wasn't seriously injured. This was only the first of three tornadoes the team chased on this day. The chase ended when the third tornado moved into the Wichita Mountains of southwest Oklahoma.

A dryline was set up in extreme eastern Texas. Storms were supposed to fire by 5pm CDT and become supercells with a few producing tornadoes. Sadly, storms did not fire until about 8pm. The storms that did fire became a line of storms. I would consider, as well as the other chasers that were there ( Including Reed Timmer ) a bust.
