Many of these vit deficiencies have been resolved with the exception of my iron. I left a whopping 5.7 pounds in LA! But then 1.3 pounds caught up with me once I got back home :( Over all though, I am happy with that weight loss for the last 2 weeks :) Anyone have healthy and tasty Easter recipes?? Stuff I Bought for my Gastric Bypass RNY Surgery
My surgery is about 6 weeks away, and I have started to compile a collection of things that will help me on my way once I begin my pre-op liquid diet and then also when I get home from Mexico. Along with everything I show in the video, I also got new jammies, a nice comfy silky robe for wandering the hospital in, new slippers, loose fitting sundresses for recovery in Mexico's heat, and a digital video camera to record my journey :)

Hi all, here is a quick video showing what we have Post op Gastric Bypass. I am two weeks Post Op and Joe is 2 1/2 months Post Op... The only things I forgot to show was Organic No added Sugar Apple Sauce - 1/4 cup is Good for me. AND Frozen Fruit... Excellent Snack.. I have Frozen Peaches, I nibble on 2-3 slices for 1/2 hour and it is really good! So thanks for watching! Jess!
My RNY Opinions.
I am a HUGE fan of support groups in any way, shape, or form. I think that my frustration with my recent experiece at a Kaiser Support Group Meeting for Weight Loss Surgery Pre-Ops may have been taken the wrong way. Just because this one meeting was not helpful, does not mean that they are ALL trash. In this video I go more in depth about that meeting as well as talk about the Lap Band and my opinion on it. Again, I am sorry if I offend anyone. These are only MY personal opinions.
