We see her struggles, her shortcomings and fears and how she discovered that she had it within her to rise to this seemingly impossible task. The traditional Voga Teleferika rowboat race is held every year in Rabac and marks the beginning of the new tourist season. This regatta got its name from the téléphérique, a cable car that once used to carry bauxite and connected Rabac with Cere where the bauxite was mined. The téléphérique was built in the time when Italy ruled Istria, but was dismantled after the Second World War. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Kvarner bay full of sailors and rowboats and cheer on your favourite. After the official declaration of the regattas winner, all visitors to Rabac can enjoy a tug of war competition, live music and dancing as well as free sardines and drinks.

25mm Chaingun Destroys Rowboat
We found an abandoned row boat out in the ocean, deemed it a "navigational hazard", and got the green light to practice firing our MK 38 Mod 2 25mm chain gun from the local station. The camera is a GoPro HD mounted on the cannon cover just in front of me. This is only half the video. The first part was another guy missing every shot and wasting half the ammo. I was told to make my shots count, which is hard because you can barely see over the top of the gun making it very difficult to aim. The MK38 Mod2 is a M242 Bushmaster autocannon mounted on a remotely operated platform controlled from inside the skin of the ship and can be manually operated from the gun platform in case of emergency or system failure. It can engage surface targets up to 2600 yards with HEI-T (high explosive incendiary tracer), SAPHEI-T (semi armor penetrating high explosive incendiary tracer), APDS-T (armor piercing discarding sabot tracer), or TP-T (training projectile tracer) rounds. In this video we use 1:1 SAPHEI-T & HEI-T.
