However, if your more of the competitive style gamer PvP is absolutely where its at. With our fully-fledged PvP mode is going to allow you to create rooms to face off against your friends, trade PvP points for gear and items in the game and our ladder system is going to keep track of all your stats for those all important bragging rights. Rusty Hearts PvP allows you to set up your own room for all your friends to join. Once you're in there you'll see some familiar modes such as the solo or team death match which can be anywhere from 1v1 up to 4v4. You're also going to see our Solo Team survival mode. This is a king of the ring style brawl where two teams of up to four each face off and the last team standing wins. You can also have up to eight people brawl it out individually and the last man standing is your winner. In that mode, once you're dead... that's it, you're out. Tag team mode is where two teams of up to 4 players face off but just one at a time so think of it as kind of a relay. Once one player gets knocked out his teammate replaces him and they continue on that path until the last man stands. There's also a VIP mode where two teams of up to 4 players each face off, one player is designated the VIP on each team. We put a ton of thought into the design of the characters, environments, and story presentation—all of which converge to form an utterly unique game. Rusty Hearts draws inspiration from a number of popular franchises. In terms of gameplay, the brawler-style action is reminiscent of games like Castle Crashers and Scott Pilgrim, but also influenced by fighting games like Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Rusty Hearts is easy to pick up and play, but to be victorious, you'll need to chain together the best combo moves possible. When it came to the art style, we looked at popular anime and manga for inspiration. Fans of Bleach and Fullmetal Alchemist will find a lot to like here. The stylish heroes in Rusty Hearts have deep back-stories and unique personalities, and their design reflects those qualities. On a purely visual level, the cel-shaded presentation gives the game a very stylized look; it looks fantastic in motion. I'll be doing a total of 6 quick videos, 2 per char for each weapon for a total of 6, perhaps even for the "secret" character once shes out but that's unlikely until the official NA release. At the start of each video i show the 6 skills the characters have unlocked by lv10. First of the 3 will be Angela. Her scythe is lv10 rare so its slightly stronger than her lv8 sword.

Perfect World is really stalling on the English release so I just went ahead and played the Korean one. Started playing this game a while ago and it reminds of DFO but in 3D. Went open beta on April 15th i believe. The character I'm using right now is Angela, a magic knight of some sort. Once I get lvl 10 I'll go scythe build with her like I did with Evie. Her attack speed is really slow compared to the other 2 characters but she makes up for it with her crazy spells like that whirlwind that sucks them in. I'll also be playing the sword guy (forgot his name) and going axe build with him. So far the dungeons are pretty easy even on very hard mode but it's really really fun! If you ever played Ghost X online then you will feel some similarities but this is soooo much more better in every way lol. I'm so ronery add me ign - Feito. I want to party and try out PVP!

Here we take a look at Rusty Hearts currently in open beta to evaluate the pros/cons and any flaws the game exhibits when played in eyefinity or other multi monitor surround setups. So far things look great, no need to hack the resolution, everything has expanded hor+ most individual game elements can move moved manually to where you like them. Just a few issues right now with the life bar and minimap being locked to the far edges as well as NPC chat and world chat being on the far side. These things are not game breaking but do inhibit play a bit. With luck by the time the game is released out of beta a patch will be applied to fix these small inconveniences and this will be a fully certified game for multimonitor play.
