This is a video from The Saloon, a bar in Oxford Ohio. It is from probably June 1990. The bar was located under Attraction's at 45 E. High Street. It was famous for all of the dollar bills glued to the walls. Various employees and regulars are goofing off for the video camera which was broadcasting on the big screen TV during recording.
