Stanisław Dąbek (ur. 28 marca 1892 w Nisku, zm. 19 września 1939 na Kępie Oksywskiej) - pułkownik piechoty Wojska Polskiego, pośmiertnie awansowany na generała brygady. Podczas kampanii wrześniowej w 1939 był dowódcą Morskiej Brygady Obrony Narodowej i po dowódcą Lądowej Obrony Wybrzeża. 14 września 1939, na skutek zagrożenia okrążeniem pozycji polskich w Gdyni, nakazał swym wojskom wycofanie się na Kępę Oksywską, której obroną następnie dowodził. Okoliczności jego śmierci nie do końca są jasne. Przyjmuje się że po otoczeniu przez Wehrmacht i utracie łączności z podległymi sobie jednostkami popełnił samobójstwo 19 września 1939 w rejonie Babich Dołów, albo zginął w ostatnich chwilach obrony jako prosty żołnierz. Pewne jest, że ani płk. Dąbek ani też nikt z jego sztabu nie podpisał aktu kapitulacji Oksywia. Odcinek, którego obroną dowodził, Niemcy nazwali polskim Verdun. Reportaż TV Trwam, 2010 r.
