This is a tribute to Sarge from Red vs Blue. With a lot of contributions from Grif. Using the song "Filmstar" by Suede. Finding the right song from my limited collection to represent Sarge was a real pain in the ass, finally settled on Filmstar cos its rythm fits Sarge's attitude. This is the one and only race team Sarge with headsets. He also has the newest race team 95 Mcqueen logo on both doors. You press a button -- that activates the lights and they begin speaking and surprisingly, they actually speak a lot of phrases , sometimes even up to 10 phrases. This is a trailer for the game, "Sarge's War", a game from 3DO. Footage from the game and promotional materials were mixed with original art work (created in Photoshop). The spot was recently brought into Final Cut Pro for a color correction. After the trailer is a short from 3DO's "Army Men". I didn't cut that section, but it was part of the package for a gamer's convention.

This is an idea i came up with after watching Sarge Faria's Spring Snare. www.youtube.com the reason i decided to make this snare is because i was thinking that if you wanted to attract 2 different types of animal and multiply my odds. With that goal in mind, i could bait one side with peanut butter, walnut or something similar and attract squirrel. If i bait the other end with something like catsup, then i would be attracting rabbit. So hopefully i double my chances of acquiring dinner. This trap becomes a 2 for 1.

Sarge - Fast Girls
Sarge were an indie rock band from Champaign, Illinois, in the United States. They released three albums on Mud Records. The band was formed in 1996. Led by singer/songwriter Elizabeth Elmore, the band did some touring and released their debut album Charcoal on Mud Records. A single from that album, "Dear Josie, Love Robyn," received some exposure and media attention as the band toured the United States. In 1998, they released a breakthrough record of sorts, The Glass Intact. The album, an emotional, punk rock-style record, began to receive some serious media attention, being reviewed at Salon.com and making Spin's top twenty list in 1998. The album eventually sold nearly 20000 copies. In 2000, Sarge split up for reasons unknown, although Elmore denies it was her choice. Sometime bassist Rachel Switzky played bass on and off in different bands, and drummer Chad Romanski continued working with Elmore by playing drums on the debut release of later band, The Reputation. Elmore was able to pull together some rare and unreleased material and create the third and final Sarge album, Distant, from it.
