Rolex Submariner Vs Seiko Diver 100
Here is a comparison between the famous Rolex Submariner 14060M and the Seiko Diver 100 -The Submariner can go deeper than the Seiko .660ft (300m) For the Rolex / 330Ft (100m) for the Seiko. -The Submariner cost 4170€ ($5500) / The Seiko cost 150€ ($200) -Both have a manufactured Movment. - The bezel of the Seiko is bidirectional while the 14060M´s bezel can only be turned unidirectional (against clockwise). -Both are made of Stainless steal (916L for the Rolex) -One is Japanese, the other is Swiss. -Both have luminova on hands and markers. -The Seiko have the Day and Date whereas the Rolex is whithout date. -Seiko : 7s26 automatic movment. / Rolex : 3130 automatic movment -Both have screwed crown and screwed back. -14060M's luminova markers are fenced with whitegold / Seiko's markers are fenced with steel. SEIKO MANUFACTURE AMANTA The watches engine is Seiko's Spring Drive; a part electrical movement. It uses a mainspring, barrel, automatic winder and stem winding like in a mechanical watch to store the watch energy. Seiko Sportura World Timer Chrono Review
A review of the Seiko Sportura World Timer Chrono, a very nice, easy to use, sports car-inspired watch. The stopwatch can record a 100-hour event with 1/1000th of a second accuracy, so you can time an event that's over 4 days long. It also has a lap time function though the lap times are not stored as data.

They have better movement then usual Seiko automatic watchae - 6R15, which has hack (seconds hand stop at second crown position - so it is possible to set precise time). Accuracy is +6 sec /day on hands and -2.5 sec/day laying on the desk with face 30 degree up. This watch hooks me up to diving watches.

This is analog quartz watch - my favorite movement 7T62, most convenient alarm/chronograph mechanics. To use both, no need to switch mode - ready to use all the time. I have them for about a month and there are few signs of wear developed, mostly on a lock. They also have sapphire crystal, best to my knowledge scratch resistant crystal for watches and very clear. I had same movement on different watches - really beautiful watches (I'll put some video review later) and their glass got scratched over few year of use, Now I think I will not have same problem with this one - after all this is same material (Aluminum Oxide) used as abrasive in sandpaper etc. They are very precise and for about a month I do not see so far any difference with digital atomic watches. They also pretty comfy on my wrist and easy to read. One shot alarm I found rather convenient, I usually use it rare to wake me up in the middle of the night to go to airport or something and do not want to be woken up next night. But morst I use during the day it to beep in 5 or 10 minutes from current time for different reasons (came in 10 minutes..., call in 5 minutes etc). Only "problem" - I feel like a pro F1 racer and have to watch myself on free-way - not to speed,,, PS After several months of observation I must say - this watches absolutely accurate so far! I set them up initially with atomic watches and after about 4 months I see no difference! Not even second.
