Seymour Hersh: Propaganda Used Ahead of Iraq War Now Being Reused Over Iran's Nuke Program
www.democracynow.org - While the United States, Britain and Canada are planning to announce a coordinated set of sanctions against Iran's oil and petrochemical industry today, longtime investigative journalist Seymour Hersh questions the growing consensus on Iran's alleged nuclear weapons program. International pressure has been mounting on Iran since the UN International Atomic Energy Agency revealed in a report the "possible military dimensions" to Iran's nuclear activities, citing "credible" evidence that "indicates that Iran has carried out activities relevant to the development of a nuclear explosive device." In his latest article for The New Yorker blog, titled "Iran and the IAEA," Hersh argues the recent report is a "political document," not a scientific study, in an interview with Democracy Now! Nov. 21. "They [JSOC] found nothing. Nothing. No evidence of any weaponization," Hersh says. "In other words, no evidence of a facility to build the bomb. They have facilities to enrich, but not separate facilities to build a bomb. This is simply a fact." This is the second chapter of my comparison between active EMGs and passive Seymour Duncans. I show the following . The neck pickups with moody solos, fat chords and clean sounds. . The sound of both neck and bridge pickups combined. I'm using these guitars: . ESP M-II (Japan) with active EMG 81 pickups (bridge and neck). . Jackson King V KV2 (USA) with passive JB TB-4 (bridge) and JB SH-4 (neck) Seymour Duncan pickups. Then I discuss the following: . Some players think just because a pickup is active, it's heavier than its passive competitors. That's a myth. Both sound equally heavy as my videos show. . Some people say, the closer the pickup to the strings, the better the sound. Not always true. If too close, some pickups may enhance the string oscillation and create a really dirty sound. . Players should think twice before installing expensive pickups on an average guitar because: 1. It may not be cost-effective. 2. The pickup may not retrofit the cavity. 3. A guitar sound is deeply affected by the wood and bridge's metal. There's no guarantee the guitar will sound good. . If you stop playing and take your hand away from the fretboard, you'll usually hear some undesired noise coming from the amplifier. REPORTER: You didn't include Obama in your list of liar presidents. I'm wondering if you would include him also? HERSH: To use a basketball or a football analogy, American football, fourth quarter—he may have a game plan. At this point he's in real trouble. Because the military are dominating him on the important issues of the world: Iraq, Iran, Afghan and Pakistan. And he's following the policies of Bush and Cheney almost to a fare-thee-well. He talks differently. And he's much brighter, he's much more of the world. So one only hopes he has a game plan that will include doing something, but he's in real trouble, in terms of—he's in real trouble. In Iraq I don't have to tell anybody the prospects—in the American press they never mention Moqtada Sadr, but look out. He's going to be the kingmaker of that country. He's now studying in Iran. And he's going to be the next ayatollah-to-be. I don't know how he'll work it out with Sistani. But he's going to be the force, the Shia. And so this is going to be very complicated for us because the two men we talk about, Allawi and Maliki, have about as much to do with the average Iraqi—they're both ex-pats. Allawi, let's see, he was certainly an American agent and a British agent, the MI-6, the CIA, the Jordanians ran him probably for Mossad. I'm not telling you anything that is not a fact. Dissidia: Final Fantasy Extra OST - FFX - Fight with Seymour
Had to reupload this as the first one had the time "a bit" off. Another of the soundtracks unlockable via the PP shop after the defeat of Chaos. Dissidia Final Fantasy, a fighter game for the PSP portraying a hero and a villain from Final Fantasy 1 through 10, including 2 guest characters, from FFXI and FFXII. The original played in the last fight against Seymour in FFX, would have preferred a remix, but then again, The Black Mages made a pretty awesome remix of it already, go and check it out if you haven't listened it ^_^, enjoy this piece of awesomeness.
