Enemies within the area of effect will suffer powerful frost damage for 5 seconds (requires confirmation). The order which the Word Walls are visited dont matter. The first Word Wall you read (no matter what wall) will give you the first word, second wall the second word and the last wall the third. One of my favorites!! ----- This shout, at full power, allows the player to shout a powerful freezing force in front of him/her (AoE about 20 feet). When this force strikes an opponent, it will simply freeze the creature into an "ice statue" form. The enemy will be completely immobilized and will fall on the ground. The effect will last around 20-30 second, depending on the strength of the enemy: where a bandit will be frozen for 30 seconds, a giant will be frosty for 20 seconds. This ball inflicts high fire damage and sets enemies in the path of it in fire. ----- The Clear Skies is learned completely from the main questline, at once. There are no Word Walls for it. This shout clears all weather and mist. If its raining and you wish to have a beautiful summer sunshine, go ahead and make it so. This thu'um, at full power, will double the attack speed of any melee weapon (not bows, only one-handed and two-handed). The first word will increase the attack speed by 50%, the second word 75%, and the last word 100%. This is one of the most useful shouts in the game, but its a shame that the speedup lasts only 15 seconds. You need to have a melee weapon drawn to be able to use the shout on it, and it wont work on any enchanted weapons, even if you have the Extra Effect perk. ----- My Facebook page: www.facebook.com

After patch 1.2 came out I've had a couple problems. As you can see this Dragon is one of them. Another is my game completely quit and sent me back to the XMB menu on PS3. I didn't have any problems before the patch. And another is on the world map, a strange gray square followed me around for a couple minutes, it was under my current position but it eventually went away.

Background: 2 Wolves started chasing\attacking me as I was riding down a path, since there was an NPC up just ahead I decided to dismount near him to kill the wolves to save time. The NPC auto engaged me in conversation and shortly thereafter the wolves started attacking me. My horse started to attack them so I decided to finish the conversation with the NPC. Just as the conversation is ending, a Dragon lands directly behind the NPC. Telling the NPC I did not have the money he was asking for made him hostile as well. I scrolled out and saw the wolves were dead, realised the dragon was watching us instead of attacking and started recording, you can see the rest. For Spoiler prevention, the NPC was this guy: www.uesp.net linked to a quest I recently finished.

Dragonrend shout will simply force the target Dragon to land, and stay down for a short period of time. It must be aimed properly to hit the target Dragon (like a fast arrow)- Call Dragon shout will call a dragon called Odahviing to aid the Dragonborn in the battle. - Odahviing wont die during the fight, but when his health get too low, he will land, stay down, unable to fight, until the battle is over.
