From NYC to France, my man Rick of the Bar-barians and Guillaume(Newguillz) from France, put in a Saturday morning session with us. Guillz is here on vacation and told me one of the things he wanted to do when he came to New York was work out with the Highlandaz and Bar-barians,.... an honor that words can't explain! Youtube has allowed people to reach far and beyond their City/town limits, and that is why we must be mindful of how we present ourselves. Later on during the session, my dude Phorm Alchemist of BeastMode came thru to heat the barz up as well. Like all the Titans out of the BeastMode camp, this dude puts it down for real. We did the run(where my heart almost fell out of my chest),... We did the workout,... then it was time for some fun. Some of the guys put in a "Show N Tell" session. Shout out to my man Q(and his son Lil Q), the Bar Union and everybody at Wingate for keeping things interesting and enjoying themselves while getting a good workout in. Doc chilled with us in Highland back in September and put us on to this routine they do at Wingate. It's a hell of a upper body workout, but kills my hand so I'm only well enough for one set with the muscle ups. 10 Muscle ups 10 Dips 10 Pull ups 10 Push ups 2sets at 10reps. then 6sets at 5reps
