Orbital Habitat -------------------- This design is based on the famous Stanford Torus.This one is quite a bit larger but still rotates at about 1RPM to provide centripetal* force in order to simulate gravity approximating 1G. There are other notable differences. The Stanford Torus specified terraced farming levels on the inner rims, and housing scattered among the "plains" and low hills. This one features large agricultural areas, with most of the living spaces assigned to the rims where the major transport systems would be located. Also featured is the central canal or river of the habitat. This provides irrigation for farms, a secondary transport channel within the colony, and kilometres of shoreline for recreational and aquaculture activities. The original Stanford Torus was designed to accommodate approximately 10000 people. This design is for more in the order of 20-30000. As with the original concept, the idea is for this to be a permanent colony in space. It is home to the people who would build and maintain an array of solar-power-satellites. Sunlight and the Mirror Systems -------------------------------------------- Other similarities with the Stanford Torus are the mirror systems used to direct sunlight into the colony. Minecraft orbital space colony
A small orbital outpost and a much larger ring-shaped colony containing 4 distinct biomes. Because the Minecraft world height is so limited, for the purposes of construction we agreed "space" is anything above the clouds. It really only looks right at night time, and makes me wish Notch would add the Moon as a nether style alternate terrain you could travel to by rocket. The engine could determine whether a structure can hold in air using the same algorithms water used to in order to 'flood', but invisibly; When you plant a tree inside any closed space on the moon, it would quickly fill with invisible cubes of breathable air. If you made a hole in the wall, you'd hear rushing air and see white particles flying towards and out the hole to indicate a breach (pulling you towards it) and soon the atmosphere will have left. Pretty straightforward, perhaps we can petition Notch to add it?
Super Monkey Ball 2 - World 9 - Space Colony
Aiai blows up the robots by flying around. Somehow. But Dr. Bad-Boon has backup after backup, and he's off to the next location! Dr. Bad-Boon knows he can't win in Aiai's own world...so he temporarily borrows the world of Space Channel 5, boarding a rocket into space! Well, not really, but that rocket sure fits the Space Channel 5 aesthetic. I'd bet whoever designed that rocket also worked on Space Channel 5. Of course, leaving the atmosphere is not going to drive Aiai off Dr. Bad-Boon's back. Chasing him to the ends of the earth is child's play--this simian can chase Dr. Bad-Boon well beyond those boundaries! World 9's stages may have the same average as World 8, but they are a markedly crazier bunch. I'm sure Serial Jump's mere appearance would drive fear into all who first see it: 9-1 Serial Jump (Difficulty: 10) 9-2 Cross Floors (10) 9-3 Spinning Saw (8) 9-4 Chipped Pipes (9) 9-5 Flat Maze (10) 9-6 Guillotine (7) 9-7 Cork Screw (8) 9-8 Orbiters (8) 9-9 Twin Basin (6) 9-10 Air Hockey (10) Average: 8.6 This time, I remembered the game has a Practice Mode and tried the stages on there before I attempted these. Good thing too--like all proper games, this has a difficulty curve, and the curve here is exponential, meaning however many times harder World 8's stages were than World 7's, these stages are that many steps above World 8's. I had so much trouble with Serial Jump until I got the hang of it; it seems I received quite a large hang, because I pulled off the regular <b>...</b>

Here's a walkthrough of me going through Super Metroid for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. I am getting a 100% completion in pickups, but no speed running. Also, I sequence break a few times, seeing as it's very easy to do so in this game. Here's the walkthrough a lot of people have been waiting for. The Space colony houses a super weapon called the eclipse cannon, and with it, Robotnik will have the power to enslave the earth and create the eggman empire, or destroy the earth (whiever he sees fit). But for his plan to succeed, they must collect all the chaos emeralds, and this won't be an easy task... But, it seems we have an eves dropper, that's right! Rouge used the Teleporter in the secret pyramid hideout to make her way to the space colony herself! but, her skills as a treasure hunter will prove most invaluable for Shadow and Robotnik's plan, so Shadow agrees to take her in as part of the team. the deal? She collects the chaos emeralds, and in turn, she's welcome to become part of the Eggman Empire.. Lets just see if Robotnik will keep his words...

Titan officer Jamaican Daninghan plans to drop an abandoned space colony onto the lunar city of Granada, one of the AEUG's main strongholds. However, his rival Scirocco sends Sarah Zabiarov to warn the AEUG, and the Argama rushes to stop the colony drop. Sarah, now a captive aboard the Argama, plays a cruel trick on the young AEUG member Katz Kobayashi in order to make her escape.

Super Metroid reset glitch for SNES and wii (part 2)
Ok, for those do don't know what I'm talking about, go see part 1. After you use reset glitch, go to save and then restart the game. Go to your file where you reset it and you'll start on space colony. There are lots of things you can do in space colony including power bomb on the door and use x-ray scope in some room. You can discover more glitch than this video. I hope you enjoy. For those who doesn't have Super Metroid, get a wii and download Super Metroid from wii shop channel on August 20 for 800 points.

Well it seems Shadow has taken care of the Prototype, and knuckles has done his part to shut down the power source of the chaos emeralds with the master emerald, but something is wrong... why is the Space Colony still on its collision course to earth?! Well it seems the Prototype used the power of the chaos emeralds to teleport to the outside of the colony, and made certain that he would carry out Professor Gerald Robotnik's wishes, and is dead set on crashing the colony to earth. Things look grim, its time for Sonic and Shadow to put their differences aside to work on 1 common goal, to do everything in their power to bring the prototype down! Its time to Go Super! with the power of the chaos emeralds, intensified by the Chaos shrine, there's enough power to turn both Sonic and Shadow into their super stages, and so, they're off! This is it, its all or nothing, now that shadow has destroyed the Prototype's life support, the creature's composition has become unstable, creating weakspots in its body. Sonic and shadow must fight the beat quick, their super stages are only supported as long as they have rings left, so they must finish this quick, here and now!

Episode 40: Activation of Gryps
Rosammy joins Kamille aboard the Argama, but the other AEUG members are suspicious of this strange young woman, and suspect she may be one of the Titans' Cyber-Newtypes. Meanwhile, the AEUG learn that the Titans have converted the space colony Gryps 2 into a giant laser cannon. Kamille is dispatched on a reconnaissance mission to confirm these reports, only to find himself confronting a dear friend who has now joined forces with the enemy.

But... as Eggman Celebrates victory, a Warning appears on the Space Colony's computer.... what could it mean? Find out next time, as we meet all our friends in the final chapters of this epic game!

So, the space colony Ark is on a collision course to earth, and should it carry out Professor Gerald Robotnik's wishes, the Earth will be destroyed, along with the ark! its up to everyone, good and bad guys alike, to find a way to stop the ark from colliding with earth... Somehow... our best bet is to take the Ark's shortcut to the core, and use the Master emerald to disable the chaos emerald's power! there's no time to loose!!! (I'd like to make a note, that I love what sonic team did here, Placing a mission for each character, back to back, instead of individual zones like it did for for the hero and dark side story, a nice way to blend into an epic conclusion.. it was really really well thought out!)
