Just a little run I've been working on. There are mistakes and everything, but it's still a pretty good time I think. Thanks to Demonstrate for some influence on some of the shortcuts, I found others. I'll probably come out with more of these, I'm just working on it as a sideproject whenever I'm not doing Episode One.

Here's the next map of my speedrun. I redid a fair bit of it after seeing a run by igge and nabbing a few of his shortcuts. We've both talked and swapped some shortcuts and stuff, so it's all good. I do oversegment this run. This map consists of 9 segments. You'll notice at the start, after the regular ABH down the stairs, I do a very slight AFH. I don't retain much speed, but on the second forward jump, you notice a little speed increase. Helped a little. The reason that I wallclimb with the box is that there is a trigger, that if I walk into it, it will activate a kill trigger on a timer if the zombie in the box isn't outside by then, so I have to avoid that. Then, the only way to get the door open is to have the platform destroyed. This can normally only be done by killing the fast zombies. Turns out (Thanks to DemonStrate for figuring this out) that only the two regular zombies need to be dead for the platform to be destroyed. Actually, I think that, and the fast zombies must be activated. so I do both. The reason that I do the weird dance bunnyhop thing to get to the gas canister is because if I do it in that way, the regular zombies are far more likely to be in the positions they are. I dunno why, but it's something I found. For some reason, the fast zombies didn't move. That's the first time it happened so I was a little weirded out. So yeah, you get the zombies to explode that gas canister and they'll die, and everything then works out. I get stuck on the door <b>...</b>

It was an exciting season for Formula One fans! However The Formula 1 regulations changed before the start of the 1995 season following the tragic events of the previous year. The Formula 1 paddock was still reeling at the deaths of Roland Ratzenberger and the great Ayrton Senna and fairly radical changes were made in an attempt to make the sport safer. Engines were reduced from 3.5 litres to 3.0 litres, in order to reduce speeds. All the cars were fitted with cockpit side protection. The front and rear wings were modified to reduce downforce and therefore cornering speed. Super Mario Galaxy 2: Grandmaster Galaxy: The Perfect Speed Run
SPOILER WARNING!!! This is the most triumphant Super Mario level in the history of triumphant Super Mario levels! It's by far the most ridiculous beast of a level, and the toughest one to get into. It requires not only getting all 120 stars, but also all of the 120 green ones, and that includes all 49 comet medals! The level itself is broken into 6 segments, each with entirely different mechanics, themes, and backgrounds. I could write an essay on what it takes to speedrun this level because it really needs that much to explain it. The design is extremely tight, massively puzzling, and punishes greatly for error. Additionally, each segment gets exponentially harder as it continues, so there's never a breathing moment during the speedun! 32:14:19 (32 hours, 14 minutes, 19 seconds), From May 23 to June 6, that wraps up all 242 stars in Super Mario Galaxy 2!
