The swan song of the Italian Neorealism cinema. Produced by Dino De Laurentiius (1919 - 2010). La Strada (English: The Road) (1954) is an Italian Academy Award winning film, directed by Federico Fellini. The movie is a drama about a naive young girl (played by Fellini's wife, Giulietta Masina) who is sold to a brutish man (Anthony Quinn) in a coastal town in Italy. Nino Rota (December 3, 1911 - April 10, 1979) was an Italian composer best known for his work on film scores, notably the films of Federico Fellini. He also composed the music for two of Franco Zeffirelli's Shakespeare films, and for Francis Ford Coppola's Godfather trilogy.

La strada (English: The Road) is a 1954 Italian neorealist drama directed by Federico Fellini in which a naive young woman (Giulietta Masina) is sold to a brutish man (Anthony Quinn) and goes on the road as a part of his itinerant show. La strada won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 1956. Gelsomina (Fellini's wife Giulietta Masina), a fey young woman, is sold for 10000 lire by her impoverished mother to the Gypsy Zampanò (Anthony Quinn), to take the place of her now dead sister Rosa. Zampanò makes a living as an itinerant strongman, entertaining crowds by breaking an iron chain just by expanding his chest, and then passing around a hat for tips.

Maurice andré - Ballades pour trompette Maurice André es un trompetista francés, nacido en 1933 en Alès, una población con tradición minera del sur de Francia. Su figura constituye todo un mito viviente, ya que una gran parte del público musical, especialmente profesionales de la trompeta, lo consideran el mejor trompetista de los últimos tiempos. En la actualidad está prácticamente retirado, aunque aún realiza algunas actividades relacionadas con el mundo de la trompeta, como seminarios y cursos magistrales (uno de los últimos, el de Castellón de la Plana en el 2007), dentro de los límites que le permite su delicado estado de salud actual. Su vida está bastante difundida en el gremio y forma parte de su mito, ya que corre en boca de muchos trompetistas la maravillosa historia de "aquel niño que abandonó la mina por problemas de salud, que encontró en la trompeta la solución a sus problemas pulmonares...". Estrategias publicitarias al margen, lo que sí es cierto es que su vida, llena de grandes noches de concierto de gloria bien merecidas, pero también con épocas difíciles marcadas por la desgracia personal, ha marcado muy distintivamente las diferentes etapas que su carrera artística ha atravesado.
