The start of my new campaign is starting now... Drawing inspirations from Mr88668866's campaign entitled "DC MARVEL AFTER THE WORLD ENDED" and from the idea of the two comic book universes merging, I have created this video to see the possibilities. In 2012, Loki arrives on Earth and triggers the end of the world as the race of humanity is driven towards extinction. Eight years after the tragic death of Superman, who risked his life trying to prevent the Earth's destruction, Bruce Wayne decides that it is now time for him to begin forming a Resistance against Loki and his army of mechanical robots (portrayed by the Terminators) that are programmed for killing humans. Wayne does not bear the Batman outfit as he believes that he can still be a symbol without the suit and as a human being. He rounds up Tony Stark (Iron Man), Steve Rogers (Captain America), Logan (Wolverine), Thor, Hal Jordan (Green Lantern), Bruce Banner (The Hulk), J'onn J'onzz (Martian Manhunter), and Johnny Blaze (Ghost Rider). But there is one more superhero desperately trying to rid the world of injustice after the aftermath willing to join Wayne's Resistance, who is revealed at the end of the trailer. Here is the second theatrical trailer! I previously made the first theatrical trailer as epic and as awesome as I can make it and I don't think I could beat the timing and the intensity of the previous video but the music this time around is much more epic and grand with a large choir in the background. Many of you MARVEL fans have been waiting for this moment for a long time now. Today during the Super Bowl, Paramount Pictures spent $3 million to show a 30 sec TV Spot of the Captain America: The First Avenger. Now I was worried that Joe Johnston was directing this because he directed Jurassic Park III and The Wolfman, which I have mixed reviews on. Many critics and fans who viewed Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen may say that it had some major problems and wasn't as good as the first film. I would agree that the 2nd one was indeed a little stupid and dull but was had some rewarding special effect shots. Now we see a much darker and a little grittier version of Transformers here in this new Super Bowl TV Spot where it seems the Earth is in just utter peril with Shia LaBeouf leading the war against the Decepticons. It was the most expensive film at the time and was a commercial success but caused mixed reviews from both fans and critics. A loose adaptation of the The Dark Phoenix Saga directed by Brett Ratner still had the same ensemble that was in the previous X-Men films but somehow lacked the philosophical entities of the first two X-Men films and character development. Bryan Singer's direction was completely lost by this movie along with Cyclops and Professor X. This is my least favorite X-Men out of the 4 that were made so far. Carnage right in front of Grand Central Station. This is footage taken by me of the last day of "The Avengers" film shoot. After this day, post production will begin and will add all the CGI things into the film. It is a historic day to be there on set on the last day of "The Avengers" film shoot. Although the entire cast, with the exception of Chris Evans, are on vacation, it was sad not to see them and meet them in person but I was happy watching them film a great scene filmed with destruction. It looked very promising. Let's see who the villain is. I am pretty sure that it is the Skrulls that Loki has unleashed on Earth. Cannot wait to see the film next year on May 4th. After the release of the first official look at Marvel's new edition to the tradition X-Men film franchise, I decided to create a Super Bowl TV Spot because I was so upset that they had no commercial playing during the game. Sorry for the rather long wait for this upcoming trailer. Of course the title speaks for itself. This is the trailer for DC's finest superheroes: Batman and Superman. And yes, Warner Brothers and DC comics was indeed interested in making this into a movie or "Batman vs. Superman" but chose not to. I think it would be one of the biggest box office hits if it were to be made. So this is a trailer of what it could of looked like. I know many use the Clark Kent from Smallville to portray the upcoming Superman in their World's Finest videos but I chose to use the Brandon Routh version which I find very suiting [and he appears in full costume as well] as Christian Bale plays the role that made him a superstar. This is the second video in my campaign for my favorite director of the past decade: Christopher Nolan. Probably his most famous works are his two most recent films: The Dark Knight and Inception. This is the last video in my "Directors of Film History" campaign and I wanted to end it with a powerful bang. The final installment to the campaign is for one of my all-time favorite directors who will easily place in my top 3 directors of all time. Of course I am talking about the legendary, Stanley Kubrick, who has directed films such as "2001: A Space Odyssey", "A Clockwork Orange", "The Shining", and "Full Metal Jacket". He is widely known for his unique visual style and use of music. He has never failed to impress me and I own all of his movies either on DVD or as an iTunes movie file. He is one of my favorite directors and this video is for him! Using the amazing theme song from his film, "Barry Lyndon", I wanted to create this sense of awe and power with this video. I don't want to overload this with dialogue because I want to showcase the power and drama of his musical choices. This is a powerful song and this is exactly the reason why I chose it. This is something I have been envisioning and improving as I was making my "Directors of Film History" campaign. After watching SouperboyX's "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance", I was totally blown away and was inspired to do this video. As you may or may not know, Warner Brothers and Legendary Pictures is going to reboot, revamp, and revive the legendary Godzilla series after the complete failure with the previous American remake director by Roland Emmerich, which the fans and critics panned. I personally hated this movie, although I loved it as a child, due to the fact that it is missing all the important trademarks that makes Godzilla what he is. It completely deserved the Worst Remake or Sequel award at the 1999 Golden Raspberry Award. But now, Gareth Edwards, the director of Monsters (which is actually a very good and underrated movie), was chosen to be the director of the film and he said that it "must be brilliant in every category because I'm a fan as well". With David Goyer on the helm of writing the script, I think this film will not fail. I really have high hopes for this film due to my Godzilla Mania! This is my 2nd noir video for Christopher Nolan's Batman series. This time it is the highly acclaimed and one of the most top grossing films of film history. This video uses music and style from Sin City once again but unlike most of Batman trailer, this one has an emotional factor towards the end showing loss and the consumption of madness. We all know that Christopher Nolan began a new Batman franchise with a more gritty and realistic feeling, well what if Christopher Nolan took the series and made it into a film noir style, much like Sin City? This is my vision of what the series might be like if turned into a film noir. I found that the soundtrack of Sin City has to most perfect tone for a film noir with its jazzy and dark sense. Looks like more and more footage of the production of "The Avengers" is starting to appear on YouTube as did the footage of the production of "The Dark Knight Rises". In this clip, it is a good vantage point of Captain America fighting some bad guys. But who are those bad guys? And are they wearing motion capture suits? So many questions in such a short clip but this is very cool to watch. I really cannot wait for 2012 for this film but for more importantly "The Dark Knight Rises". I gotta say, this is probably one of my best trailers on this channel and I am very happy with the final result. This is a trailer including all the X-Men feature films combined: X-Men, X2, X-Men: The Last Stand, X-Men Origins Wolverine, and X-Men: First Class. I didn't want to reuse the trailer music from X-Men: First Class but instead used this song after hearing it play during the trailer for Transformers: Dark of the Moon. On October 5th, 2011, former CEO and visionary, Steve Jobs, passed away. The world lost a genius but the world also lost a brilliant human being. His long battle against pancreatic cancer has finally taken its toll. But I don't know how many people on Earth can act as the CEO of a company and develop these great devices and struggle against cancer. What an extraordinary man. As a child, I grew up using nothing but Apple computers and that tradition still grows strong. His achievements have changed the world in so many different way. I think he is one of the biggest icons of the 21st century and set the boundaries for what our technology can do. As Apple produced the first personal computer, they are still revolutionizing technology with the iPads and iPhones. His passing will not be forgotten. May you rest in peace. One of the high profile new directors are definitely Christopher Nolan and Zack Snyder. A megastar of action films, Zack Snyder has directed two great action flicks, 300 and Watchmen, and is known for reinventing slow motion action, which became mainstream after The Matrix. If you watch 300 and Watchmen, you can clearly see his stylish direction of cinematography. He is a very interesting director and has some of the best visuals ever. Watchmen is actually hated by some people by Watchmen is one of my favorite movies of all time. All I can say is that it's a work of art and its attention to detail is just incredible. I advise anyone to watch his films, but 3 out of 5 films that were released are rated R so just be warned by the violence and sexuality of 300 and Watchmen. After the release of the new full length trailer of "Captain America: The First Avenger", I have decided to update my trailer with two characters which I was desperately missing: Cap. America, Hawkeye, and Black Widow. These 3 characters are now given more screen time in this trailer in contrast to my previous one. I believe this shows the intense actions bits of the Avengers rather than telling the story of it and after watching the trailer for "Hanna", I knew I had to use the trailer music song. I hope you enjoy this all-new and improved Avengers trailer. ENJOY!!!It was the most expensive film at the time and was a commercial success but caused mixed reviews from both fans and critics. A loose adaptation of the The Dark Phoenix Saga directed by Brett Ratner still had the same ensemble that was in the previous X-Men films but somehow lacked the philosophical entities of the first two X-Men films and character development. Bryan Singer's direction was completely lost by this movie along with Cyclops and Professor X. This is my least favorite X-Men out of the 4 that were made so far. Next year is the year of the BIG comic book movies! On September 4th, I was able to witness the last day of filming of "The Avengers" in New York City and what a sight it was. It was amazing. The destruction and everything was awesome. Although I missed to see the entire cast at Central Park on September 2nd but I managed to see Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, and Jeremy Renner in full costume on Park Ave. It was really cool to see them even though it was at a distance. I really cannot wait for the final product and for more trailers. After seeing the post-credit scene from "Captain America: The First Avenger", I was pumped to see more Avengers footage but so far we don't have anything official yet. I am hoping for a trailer coming out soon. But till then this is my take on The Avengers trailer. Just as a note for any confusion: 1.) There is a scene where Thor hits the Hulk with the Mjolnir showing The Avenger's first encounter with the Hulk before he was initiated into the team. 2.) The end of the world is upon the human race! This is my next big project after my previous video "Project Marvel: The Ultimate Battle". One of my personal favorite directors of all time is, of course, the dark vision-ist Tim Burton. He has created films that have reached cult status such as "The Nightmare Before Christmas", "Batman", "Edward Scissorhands", and recently director the billion dollar grossing "Alice in Wonderland" in 2010, which I found to be one of his best works. Of course he has a unique style and an even more unique visual style and this is my tribute for him using the astounding theme song to "Alice in Wonderland" by Danny Elfman and with some bits of the "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber From Fleet Street" and, also, the "Alice in Wonderland" trailer. From the looks of it, it looks like the footage of the production of "The Avengers" is starting to pour onto YouTube along with more and more footage of the production of "The Dark Knight Rises". But this time, one YouTuber user known as MedMutual blessed us with 3 amazing clips from "The Avengers" set. This is the first time making a trailer for Kick-Ass and I wanted to make a trailer that didn't really show the very comedic side of the movie but, rather, the darker side of the story so I utilized the trailer soundtrack from Rise of the Planet of the Apes and created this trailer. I have to admit, not one of my best works but it was a fun challenge to take. ENJOY!!!It was the most expensive film at the time and was a commercial success but caused mixed reviews from both fans and critics. A loose adaptation of the The Dark Phoenix Saga directed by Brett Ratner still had the same ensemble that was in the previous X-Men films but somehow lacked the philosophical entities of the first two X-Men films and character development. Bryan Singer's direction was completely lost by this movie along with Cyclops and Professor X. This is my least favorite X-Men out of the 4 that were made so far. I blindly keep coming back to this film due to it's mindless use of gorey martial arts action involving Ninja-styled weapons. The makes of The Matrix gives us a horrendous but rather eye-popping movie with some of the most outrageous action sequence defying the laws of physics. I ultimately did not like this movie as a whole but it had so much potential of being a lot more enjoyable than it was. I just thought they took Ninjas in a very wrong direction which I found to be disappointing. But I made a trailer for this one because I found the official trailer to be such a bore and an unattractive trailer. This is my take using the trailer music from The Last Airbender. ENJOY!!! In the early morning breeze of August 28th, the illustrious Hurricane Irene struck New York City and caused some serious flooding and damage in Brooklyn and Queens but not to Manhattan. On the aftermath of the passing hurricane, I decided to go out and film some of the lonely streets of my neighborhood. I made a long loop of 7th and 5th avenue trying to get some shots of the empty and deserted streets of New York. It was a pretty amazing sight. Times Square is never empty but today, there was barely any people walking around. It was a pretty interesting sight. I chose not to add any music to this video so I can let you hear the silent streets of New York. It seems rather noisy but it is usually a lot more noisy. After watching Green Lantern today for the second time, the first being on the opening day, I now really realized why the critics bashed this movie. My expectations were lowered A LOT when I heard the overwhelmingly negative reviews from critics and I found myself enjoying the movie because of the low expectations. Then I saw this film again today as a movie and as a DC comic book superhero movie and I felt the devastation that many Green Lantern fans and critics saw.
