Presented by the Avedis Zildjian Company on September 13, 2003 at the Berklee Performance Center in Boston, Massachusetts and hosted by Bill Cosby. The once-in-a-lifetime event featured an all-star band that included Vinnie Colaiuta and Rick Marotta on drums, Michael Landau (guitar), Jimmy Johnson (bass) and Larry Goldings (keyboards) with special guest appearances by Will Lee (vocals) and Tom Scott (saxophone). Musical performances included songs such as Dirty Old Man, Nite Sprite, Subway and Duke's Lullaby that defined Steve Gadd's incredible career and established his credentials as one of todays most important and influential drummers. The evening culminated with a spectacular performance by Steve with James Taylor and band.
